Telehealth and online consultation platforms · Reputation management

Let reviews describe the consultation, not only the login screen.

Reputation management for a telehealth platform means collecting honest feedback from patients, answering every review without revealing a person's health details, and fixing what reviews point to. Store reviews and Google reviews are read before a person pays. GullySales sets up the request and the replies within platform and privacy rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What reputation management means

Reputation management is watching what is said about your business across Google, social media and review sites, and responding to it before it changes a buyer's mind. GullySales monitors mentions, drafts responses to negative reviews and flags recurring complaints back to your team.

For telehealth and online consultation platforms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A reply can expose a patient”

Replying to a review with details of the consultation breaches the patient's privacy, even when the owner only means to defend the doctor.

  • “App reviews are about the technology”

A patient who could not connect leaves one star for a platform whose doctor was excellent, and the review hides the care.

  • “Reviews that name a doctor”

A review naming a doctor creates a problem for him and the platform, and the reply must be careful and kind.

What we do

What we deliver for telehealth and online consultation platforms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A feedback request after each consultation

A WhatsApp or in-app message after the consultation asking how it went and where to leave a review, sent to every patient.

Result: Feedback comes from all patients, not a selected few.

  2. Privacy-safe reply guidelines

Written replies for praise, a technical complaint, a wait, a complaint about a doctor and a review that is wrong, none repeating health details.

Result: Every review gets a reply that protects the patient.

  3. A technical fault log

A record of connection, payment and login problems found in reviews, with a named person to fix each and a note when it is done.

Result: Complaints about the app lead to repairs.

  4. A route for private complaints

A clear way for a patient to raise a concern with a person before posting, with a response owner and a log.

Result: A problem can be solved in private.

  5. Review tracking across stores

A list of reviews on app stores, Google and directories, with dates and replies, so none is missed.

Result: You see what patients say in every place.

How the result is measured

  • Average rating
  • Response time to reviews
  • Negative mentions resolved

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What to do with each review

Reply to each kind of review without ever repeating a patient's health details.

Praise for a doctor's explanation
Thank the patient in a line and pass the praise to the doctor. Do not describe the problem or the advice, even if the patient did.
Could not connect, call dropped or payment failed
Apologise, say a person will contact her and record the fault in your log. Fix the cause, since this is the most common reason for one star.
Waited too long for the doctor
Reply that you are checking the booking system and invite her to write privately. Look at slot timing and reminders, since delays often come from the schedule.
Complaint about advice or a doctor
Reply that her concern is taken seriously and offer a private route to the clinical lead. Do not defend the doctor in public or give any detail.
A review that seems false or from a rival
Reply that you cannot find a record and invite her to write to you. Report the review through the platform. Never promise it will be removed.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the reputation management work runs

  1. 1

    Understand current perception

We start by actually searching your business name and reviewing what a stranger would currently see.

  2. 2

    Audit existing mentions

We catalogue reviews, mentions and search results, flagging anything negative or inaccurate.

  3. 3

    Plan responses

A calm, factual response is prepared for anything that needs one, agreed with you before posting.

  4. 4

    Implement monitoring

Ongoing checks are set up so new mentions are caught promptly rather than discovered by accident.

  5. 5

    Measure and report

Sentiment and response times are reported, with your business name searched again to see what has moved.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we offer a free consultation for a review?
No. Offering rewards for reviews breaks the platform rules and can mislead readers. Ask every patient in the same way, accept what they write and check each platform's current rules.
Can we ask only satisfied patients to review us?
No. Selecting who may review is called gating and is against most platforms' rules. Send the same request to everyone and use low scores to learn.
How do we reply when a patient names the doctor?
Reply to the issue in general terms, thank the patient and invite her to contact you privately. Do not confirm the consultation or give any detail. Speak to the doctor separately.
Can we reply in the reviewer's language?
Yes, and you should if your team has a speaker. A reply in the patient's language shows care. Have the reply checked for tone, since a wrong word in a health context can offend.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
