Electrical contractors · Website

A contractor's website is the file a consultant opens before replying to your BOQ.

A website for an electrical contractor is a short, checkable record of your licence class, your completed projects and the way to reach your estimator, built for builders, consultants and homeowners. GullySales writes and structures the pages so each reader finds the proof they came for.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For electrical contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The consultant opens it after your estimate arrives”

Before recommending a contractor to a builder, an MEP consultant looks you up. They want licence class, HT and approval experience, and named past projects. A site that shows a stock photograph of a lineman and a phone number gives them nothing to forward.

  • “Licence details should not need hunting”

Builders and homeowners increasingly check that a contractor holds a valid licence. The class and number belong near the top of the page and on every service page. An unlicensed electrician cannot copy that, so it separates you.

  • “Project pages do the work of a reference visit”

A page for a hospital panel room or a factory transformer yard, with scope, approvals handled and photographs, answers what a prospect would ask on a site visit. Without it, your best work is invisible to anyone who was not there.

  • “Homeowners and builders need different doors”

A villa owner searching for rewiring wants an explained estimate and a way to send a photograph. A builder wants a profile to download. Putting both on the home page muddles each, so the site gives each reader a clear path from the first screen.

What we do

What we deliver for electrical contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Home page with licence and proof up front

A first screen stating what you do, your licence class and number, and links for builders, factories and homes.

Result: Each visitor sees where to go.

  2. A page for each type of work

Separate pages for apartment electrification, commercial fit-out, industrial and HT work, rewiring, solar and EV chargers, and maintenance contracts.

Result: A search for one service lands on a page about it.

  3. Project records with approvals and photographs

One page per significant project covering scope, load, inspectorate and supply company approvals, and panel and cable route photographs.

Result: A reviewer can verify you have done this before.

  4. A downloadable company profile

A short PDF with licence class, team, equipment, projects and references that attaches to every estimate.

Result: Your estimate carries its own proof.

  5. An enquiry route for photographs

A form and a WhatsApp link that let a homeowner send a picture of the board, with the questions your estimator needs.

Result: The first visit can be a quote, not a survey.

  6. Plain-language pages for home safety

Short explanations of earthing, tripping and load for older homes, written for the owner and not the engineer.

Result: A homeowner understands why your estimate differs.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is a website worth it if our work comes from referrals?
Yes, because a referred prospect looks you up before calling. A clear site confirms the recommendation and gives a consultant something to forward. It turns a word of mouth into a checkable fact.
Should we show client names and photographs?
Only with permission from the client, and never anything that exposes a secure or private site. We can describe the work and the approvals without naming the owner when they prefer it.
Do we need a separate site for solar and EV chargers?
No. A section of the main site works better, since your licence and projects support the claim. Give each its own page so a search for that service reaches the right place.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
