Home renovation companies · Website

Build a site where the careful owner finds the bill of quantities and the proof.

A website for a renovation company is the place where an owner checks that you are a real company with finished flats, a clear way of quoting and a person to call. GullySales works on the structure, the project pages and the enquiry routes.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For home renovation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is checked after the recommendation, on a phone”

A neighbour names you, and the owner opens your site on a phone, standing in a lift. A heavy gallery that loads slowly and a phone number buried in a menu lose that visit.

  • “A portfolio with no context cannot be compared”

Owners hold your finished flat against their own. Without the building's age, the flat's area, the scope and what the owner decided, it is a pleasant picture and nothing more.

  • “How you handle extra work belongs on the site”

The biggest fear is a budget that grows once the walls open. A page saying how extra work is requested, priced and agreed in writing answers that fear before the first call.

  • “An about page with real names ends doubt”

A careful owner wants to know who will be on site. Show the engineers and supervisors, with their agreement, and state the company's registration details.

What we do

What we deliver for home renovation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site structure arranged by job

Pages for whole-flat, bathroom, kitchen and villa renovation, reachable in a tap from the home page.

Result: An owner finds the job they came for at once.

  2. Project pages that carry the details

Each finished flat shown with building age, area, scope, materials and owner decisions.

Result: A prospect can compare the job with their own.

  3. A process page from visit to handover

A plain page on the site visit, the bill of quantities, how extras are agreed and what handover includes.

Result: Your way of working can be read before the first call.

  4. A phone-first layout with call and chat buttons

Buttons for calling and for WhatsApp that stay in reach while the owner scrolls.

Result: Contacting you takes one tap on a phone.

  5. An about and team page

Names, roles and registration details of the company and its engineers, shown with permission.

Result: A careful owner can see who stands behind the work.

  6. An enquiry form with a clear thank-you page

A short form followed by a page telling the owner what happens after submitting.

Result: The owner knows what to expect after sending details.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
Check first what the old one holds: pages, photographs and reviews worth keeping. Rebuild when the structure blocks the job pages; fix when it is sound. Never remove a page that brings enquiries without redirecting it.
Should we show prices on the site?
Show what the price depends on and how the quote is built. A fixed figure online becomes the figure the owner holds you to, in a trade where every flat differs.
Which pages come first?
The home page, job pages for whole-flat, bathroom and kitchen work, the process page, a few full project pages and a contact page. Add locality pages once you have jobs to show in them.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
