Pest control companies · Digital marketing

Plan the year around the rains and the inspection calendar.

Digital marketing for a pest control company plans for two seasons: household demand peaking with the monsoon, and commercial contracts renewing on their own dates. GullySales writes that plan across search, advertising, reviews and reminders, and reports on treatments booked rather than on impressions.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For pest control companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Two businesses share one office and one set of technicians”

Household work is urgent, cheap to win and finished in a day. Commercial AMC work takes months to win and pays through the quiet season. They need separate plans.

  • “The quiet months are when commercial work is sold”

Restaurants and warehouses renew and inspect on their own calendar. Winter is when your technicians have time to visit them, which is exactly when households stop calling.

  • “Most of the money is in the renewal, not the first visit”

A household that lets the follow-up lapse costs more to win again than to keep. A reminder is cheaper than any advertisement.

  • “One number decides whether the rest is worth doing”

How many minutes an enquiry waits for a reply. Spending on search or ads before fixing that is paying to lose calls faster.

What we do

What we deliver for pest control companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A twelve-month plan set against the rains

Which pest gets promoted in which weeks, drawn from your own enquiry pattern last year rather than from a generic seasonal chart.

Result: Effort arrives before the season instead of during it.

  2. A baseline recorded before anything changes

Enquiries by pest, area and source, reply time, bookings and AMC renewals, written down at the start so later months mean something.

Result: The report has something honest to compare against.

  3. Household and commercial plans kept apart

Separate pages, messages, offers and follow-up routines for a family and for a facility manager, because nothing said to one suits the other.

Result: Neither buyer reads copy written for somebody else.

  4. Reply time fixed before any media spend

The call and WhatsApp routine put right first, with a standby arrangement for evenings and Sundays.

Result: New enquiries reach somebody who can book them.

  5. Channel effort reviewed against results

What search, advertising, the Business Profile, reviews and reminders each produced, looked at and moved accordingly.

Result: Money shifts to whatever books treatments.

  6. A report in the owner's own terms

Enquiries, bookings, AMC renewals and reply times by pest and area, sent against the opening baseline.

Result: You can read it in five minutes and act on it.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Where to start in pest control

Start with the call at the moment termites appear and the list of customers who are due again.

Business Profile by service
List termite, cockroach, mosquito and rodent control as separate services, with your areas, timings and photographs of a technician at work. Record each call and what it was about.
Call answer and inspection booking
Answer calls promptly, ask what pest, where and for how long, and book an inspection slot. Return missed calls the same day. Log whether each booking turned into a treatment.
Renewal register
For every customer, write the treatment date, the pest, the product class used and the date of the next due visit. Call each customer before that date, not after.
Restaurants and hotels
List restaurants, cafes, hotels and godowns near you, with the manager's name. Offer an inspection of the kitchen and store and record who asked for a quotation.
Service reports and reviews
Give each customer a simple written report of what was treated and when to expect the next visit, and ask for an honest review. Note which customers mention the report.
What to leave until later
Leave out regular social media posts, long blogs on pests and large-area paid ads. Callers search the day they see the pest. Start with the profile, the answer and the renewal list.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a two-technician operator start?
With the Business Profile, the reply routine and reminders for follow-up visits. None of that costs media money, and all of it converts calls you already get. Advertising can wait until the phone is being answered properly.
How do we keep technicians busy after the monsoon?
Sell commercial AMC work in the months households go quiet. Restaurants, hotels, warehouses and societies buy on a schedule rather than in panic, so the visits can be planned around your empty weeks.
Can a technician answer calls and book jobs, or do we need an office person?
A technician on a treatment cannot take calls well, so one person should hold the phone and the diary during working hours. That person also keeps the renewal register. Check the missed-call list at the end of each day.
How do we tell whether Maps or word of mouth gets us more renewals?
Record the source of each first treatment and mark each renewal as paid or lapsed. Compare the renewal rate by source. Customers who came by word of mouth often renew at a different rate from those who found you in a search.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
