Pest control companies · Email marketing

Households answer WhatsApp, and restaurants answer email.

Email is where a pest control company keeps its commercial customers: the service report, the visit schedule and the renewal notice a restaurant or warehouse expects in writing. GullySales builds those sends, and leaves household reminders on WhatsApp where they are actually read.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For pest control companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The renewal is decided by whether the reports arrived”

A facility manager reviewing an AMC looks for last year's service reports. If they came by email on time, the decision takes a minute.

  • “Households will not read your email and never have”

A family books a treatment and forgets you exist. The follow-up reminder has to be a WhatsApp message, not a newsletter.

  • “The inspection date is the send date”

A restaurant preparing for a food-safety inspection wants the service log that week. The same email in January goes unread.

  • “A warehouse buyer keeps your email as his record”

The visit confirmation and the report are what he files. That makes your email part of his own paperwork rather than marketing.

What we do

What we deliver for pest control companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Service reports sent after every commercial visit

A dated report naming the treatment, the areas covered and the technician, emailed the same day instead of being left in a book at the site.

Result: The client has the record when an inspector asks for it.

  2. A renewal calendar by contract

Every AMC expiry date recorded, with a notice and a proposal sent well ahead of it rather than in the week it lapses.

Result: Renewal is discussed before a competitor quotes.

  3. The visit schedule sent in advance

Next quarter's dates confirmed by email so a restaurant can plan around service hours and kitchen closures.

Result: Nobody is surprised by a technician at lunchtime.

  4. WhatsApp reminders for household follow-ups

Templated reminders for the next treatment and the warranty revisit, sent from a record rather than from memory.

Result: Households come back without being chased by phone.

  5. A commercial contact list kept current

Contacts held by property, with the facility manager, the food and beverage manager and the accounts person recorded separately.

Result: The renewal notice reaches the person who signs it.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What must be in place first

What a pest control company needs in place before emailing commercial clients.

A client list with a contract date
Record each commercial client, the premises, the pest covered, the contract end date and who signs it. A restaurant and a warehouse have different people at the desk.
Consent from the contract
India's data protection law rests on people agreeing to be contacted, so keep proof of that agreement. Add a line in the AMC form asking for permission to send service reports and renewal notices, with the date.
A sender with licence and chemical details
Mail from a named supervisor at your own domain and keep your licence details and a safety data sheet link ready. A food business auditor asks for these.
Segments by site type
Keep restaurants, hotels, warehouses and housing societies apart. A food business needs a visit log. A warehouse needs a rodent report.
Service reports apart from offers
A visit report is a record and a seasonal offer is promotion. Keep each on a separate list, and never let an opt-out from offers stop the reports.
A reply path to the supervisor
Replies about a sighting go to the supervisor who can revisit. A restaurant that reports an issue and waits for days may report it to someone else.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the email marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your list

We review who is on the list, how they got there, and how long it has been since they last heard from you.

  2. 2

    Audit past sends

We check open and click rates from past emails to see what has and has not worked.

  3. 3

    Segment and plan

The list is split into meaningful groups and a sending calendar is agreed.

  4. 4

    Implement content and automation

Emails are written, scheduled and, where useful, set to trigger automatically based on behaviour.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track performance and adjust subject lines, timing and content based on what the list responds to.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Our AMC clients never reply to email. Is it worth sending?
Yes, because the value is the record rather than the reply. At renewal, a folder of dated reports settles the decision faster than any conversation. Send it and follow up by phone.
Can we send offers to households by WhatsApp?
Only to people who gave you the number for that, with a template and a way to stop. A message to a stranger's number annoys more people than it books. Keep it to your own customers and their follow-up dates.
Should we email households about monsoon treatments?
Households rarely read mail from a pest company, so use WhatsApp for those who agreed. Email is worth it for commercial clients who need records. If a home customer gave an email, send a short service note and a way to stop.
What should a service report email contain?
State the date, the premises, the areas treated, the pest found and what the client must do, such as keep food covered. Add the supervisor's name and a contact. Avoid chemical claims you cannot document, and attach one clean PDF.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
