Pest control companies · Website

Build a website that answers the worried household and the cautious restaurant buyer.

A website for a pest control company is the page a household or a facility manager opens after seeing your name on Google, to judge whether to trust you and to book. GullySales builds the pages, the safety information and the booking routes that decision needs.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For pest control companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The phone button must be the first thing on a phone”

A visitor in a pest emergency reaches the site on a mobile. If the call button sits below three paragraphs, the visitor goes back to the search results and picks the next number.

  • “A general services page fits no one”

A visitor with termites wants termite treatment in their locality, not a list of ten pests. One page per pest and area shows the visitor you have dealt with exactly this.

  • “Safety information is missing from the operator sites a parent finds”

A parent or pet owner scans for what is sprayed, where and how long to stay out. A page that answers this plainly removes the single biggest reason a household hesitates to book.

  • “A restaurant buyer looks for proof of process”

A commercial buyer wants to see the contract format, the visit log and how a failed inspection is handled. A page that shows these tells the buyer the operator is organised before any meeting.

What we do

What we deliver for pest control companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Pest and locality pages

Pages for each treatment and each locality you serve, each with its own description, photographs and call button.

Result: A visitor lands on the page written for their problem.

  2. A clear safety page

Plain information on the methods, product registration, precautions for children, pets and food, and what the customer should do before and after.

Result: A worried household finds its answers before it calls.

  3. A commercial AMC page

A page for restaurants, hotels and warehouses covering the contract, the service log, certificates and how the visits are recorded.

Result: A commercial buyer sees the process before the first meeting.

  4. Call, WhatsApp and booking buttons

A call button and a WhatsApp button fixed on screen, plus a short booking form that asks only for pest, locality and number.

Result: Every visitor has an easy route to contact you.

  5. Photographs of your own team and work

Real photographs of uniformed technicians, vehicles and equipment replacing stock images.

Result: A household knows who will arrive at the door.

  6. Basic tracking of enquiries

Calls, WhatsApp clicks and form submissions recorded by page, so you see which pest and locality produce enquiries.

Result: You can name the page that brought each enquiry.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Residential pest control operators

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new website or can we fix the old one?
It depends on what is there. We review the pages, the phone layout and the content first. If the structure can carry the pages above, we improve it rather than rebuild.
Should the site list prices?
Show how pricing works, such as by area, pest and visit count, and invite a call for the exact figure. Printing fixed prices risks setting a number you cannot keep. Decide this with us after reviewing your quotes.
Can the site hold customer reviews?
Yes, with the reviewer's permission and with reviews that really exist on your profile. We link to the Google profile instead of retyping them, so the visitor can check the source.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
