Swimming pool builders and maintenance companies · Local SEO

Show up on the map for the villa layouts and clubhouses within your reach.

Local SEO for a pool builder is the work of appearing on Google Maps and in the local results when a nearby owner searches for pool construction or maintenance. GullySales sets up the Business Profile for where you work from, corrects the details across listings and builds the reviews a map result is judged on.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For swimming pool builders and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The office is in one area and the work is in six”

A builder based in Peenya serves Whitefield, Hennur and Kanakapura Road. Maps favours distance, so the profile must state its service areas and the project pages must name each one.

  • “No visitable address, so no profile”

Many pool firms work from a home or a site yard that customers never visit. Google has a way to list such a business, but the details have to be set up correctly or the listing is refused.

  • “Reviews exist, but on WhatsApp”

Happy owners thank you in a chat, and none of it reaches the Maps profile where a stranger would read it.

What we do

What we deliver for swimming pool builders and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business Profile set up for how you work

Categories, services, service areas and hours entered correctly, and a decision on whether to show the address or hide it as a service-area business.

Result: The profile is accepted and shows for the areas you actually serve.

  2. Project photographs on the profile

Photographs of completed pools, plant rooms and maintenance visits, uploaded with the owner's permission and without house numbers or faces.

Result: A map result carries evidence of real work.

  3. Services and products listed

Construction, renovation, leak repair, maintenance contracts and equipment supply entered as services with plain descriptions.

Result: A search for one service finds a listing that names it.

  4. Name, address and phone checked everywhere

The same business name, number and address across the website, JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and social profiles, with duplicates claimed or reported.

Result: Maps and directories agree on who you are.

  5. Review request routine

A message with the Maps link sent to the owner at a sensible moment after handover or after a good maintenance visit.

Result: Satisfied clients leave their comment where buyers look.

  6. Local ranking report

Your position for pool searches in the areas you want, set against competitors, with calls and direction requests from the profile.

Result: You see which locality the profile is winning.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What Google weighs here

A pool builder is judged on how close, how relevant and how well known it looks, so set each one up.

Relevance: the category and the service list
Choose the category that matches the main work, such as swimming pool contractor, and add maintenance and repair as services. Do not stuff the name with locality words.
Distance: where you are and where you go
If clients visit you, show the address. If you work on site, hide it and list the localities you serve. Do not claim an office you do not run from.
Prominence: reviews that name the work
Ask owners after handover to mention the pool type and the locality in their own words. Reply to every review, and never ask for a good rating in exchange for a discount.
Listings buyers use for contractors
Check JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and Houzz for the business name, the phone and the services, and claim any old listing before it carries the wrong number.
Name, address and phone, written one way
Decide on one spelling of the firm's name, one number that someone answers and one address format, and use it on the website, the invoice and every listing.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

We work from home. Can we still have a Business Profile?
Usually yes, as a service-area business with the address hidden. Check Google's current guidelines, since they change. Do not use a friend's shop as an address you do not operate from. A suspended profile is hard to bring back.
Two firms share one office. Can both list it?
Shared premises are a common cause of suspension. If you share an address, each business needs its own signage, phone and category, and Google may still ask for proof. Ask your own adviser or Google's support if one listing is flagged.
We have a yard in one city and a crew in another. Do we need two profiles?
Only for a place customers can visit or a staffed branch with its own number. A crew that goes to a site is covered by the service-area setting on the one profile. Do not create a profile for a city you have no presence in.
A competitor has listed fake pool companies near us. What do we do?
Report each one through Google's tool for reporting a listing, with the reason. Fake and duplicate listings are removed on Google's own review, not on demand. Keep your own profile accurate and keep reviews coming while that runs.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
