Swimming pool builders and maintenance companies · Social media

Show the dig, the plumbing and the first filling, not only the finished blue.

Social media marketing for a pool builder is the steady posting of real build stages and finished pools on the platforms where villa owners and facility managers spend time. GullySales plans the posts around your projects, sets the single action on each and handles the comments and messages that come in.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For swimming pool builders and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Only finished pools get posted”

A feed of turquoise water looks like every competitor's. A buyer learns more from the dig, the shuttering and the tile work than from the last photograph.

  • “The comments ask for a price”

Followers comment asking the cost and the post gets no reply. By the time someone answers, the follower has asked a rival.

  • “A photograph can show a family's home”

A pool shot can show house numbers, the street and children. Without a consent routine, you are publishing an address.

What we do

What we deliver for swimming pool builders and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A project posting plan

A plan to photograph and film each build at set stages, with the site team told what to capture and who sends it.

Result: Fresh content comes from the work already being done.

  2. Instagram reels of the build

Short clips from excavation to first filling, edited with captions in the language your clients read.

Result: A viewer watches a pool being made.

  3. YouTube walk-throughs

Longer videos of a plant room, a completed villa pool or a clubhouse refit, with a pinned link to the visit form.

Result: A serious buyer has something to watch before the call.

  4. A maintenance-client status routine

WhatsApp Status and a short post on seasonal care for existing clients, written for people who already have a pool.

Result: Your name stays in front of clients between visits.

  5. Comment and message handling

A routine for replying to comments, taking the conversation to WhatsApp and recording the enquiry.

Result: A follower who asks is not left waiting.

  6. Client consent and photo rules

A written permission note for each project and a rule on faces, children and house numbers.

Result: You can post a pool without exposing a family.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Platform for this buyer

Where a pool buyer looks, what to post there and the one thing each post should lead to.

Instagram reels: the build from dig to filling
Post short clips of one project at each stage, with the locality and pool type in the caption. The one action is a message to book a site visit.
YouTube: the plant room and the finished walk-through
Film a plant room with the engineer explaining pump, filter and dosing. Link the cost page in the description and pin the visit form.
Facebook groups for villa and apartment communities
Answer questions in communities that allow it, and read group rules first. Do not drop links in groups that ban promotion.
LinkedIn for hotels, schools and clubs
Post a clubhouse or resort refit with the safety and maintenance details a facility manager checks. The action is a request for a site audit.
WhatsApp Status for existing clients
Share seasonal care notes and open dates for visits. Keep each to one idea, and use the list of clients who agreed to receive them.
What not to post
Leave out children in the water, house numbers, stunts near the edge and client names without written permission. A safety lapse in a video does more harm than any reel earns.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who appears on camera?
Your site engineer or supervisor explaining the work, if he is willing. Clients and their children stay out of frame unless they have agreed in writing. A real engineer on a site is more believable than an actor or a stock model.
How do we handle comments asking the price?
Reply in public that cost depends on size, depth and site, and offer a site visit by message. Move the conversation to WhatsApp, collect the plot size and locality, and record it. A short reply the same day beats a long one next week.
Should we post around festivals?
Only where it fits. A summer holiday post for a family pool suits the season, while a festival greeting with no link to your work adds nothing. Plan around the months owners decide and the monsoon renovation window.
Can we use a client's pool photograph without asking?
No. Get written permission and agree what may be shown. Leave out house numbers, number plates and children. Keep the permission note with the project file, and take the post down if the owner changes their mind.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
