Swimming pool builders and maintenance companies · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the owner planning a pool, not the student searching for swimming classes.

Google Ads for a pool builder is paid search aimed at owners and committees who are ready to build, renovate or contract maintenance. GullySales chooses the searches worth bidding on, blocks the ones that bring job seekers and swimmers, and counts an enquiry only when it names a site.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For swimming pool builders and maintenance companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Swimming is also a hobby and a job”

A search that includes the word pool brings people looking for classes, memberships, lifeguard jobs and cheap inflatable pools. Without blocked terms, a good share of the budget pays for clicks that were never buyers.

  • “The ad sends everyone to the home page”

A search for an overflow pool lands on a page about the firm. The buyer needs the page for that pool and a way to ask for a visit.

  • “Calls are counted but not checked”

A call from a student, a supplier or someone with no plot is logged as a lead, so cost per enquiry looks fine while signed pools stay flat.

What we do

What we deliver for swimming pool builders and maintenance companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A campaign for each build type

Separate ad groups for villa pools, society clubhouse pools, prefabricated pools and maintenance, each with its own wording and landing page.

Result: The ad a buyer sees matches the pool they searched for.

  2. A blocked-search list for this trade

Job, class, membership, inflatable, toy and tile-shop searches blocked, and updated from the real searches that cost money.

Result: The budget goes to owners with a plot.

  3. Landing pages with a visit form

A page for each campaign with the plot size, locality and timing asked in the form, and a WhatsApp button beside it.

Result: The enquiry arrives with enough to plan a site visit.

  4. Call and form tracking

Calls from ads recorded with duration and source, and every form tagged, so a call can be matched to what happened after it.

Result: You know which click led to a visit.

  5. Seasonal budget plan

A plan for when to raise spend before the hot months and when to pause, written from last year's enquiry dates.

Result: Money is spent while owners are deciding.

  6. Report from click to signed contract

Spend, enquiries, site visits held and contracts signed, kept against the baseline and shown against each ad group.

Result: You see the cost of a signed pool, not only a click.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

Bid on the searches of owners with a plot and block the ones that come from swimmers and job seekers.

swimming pool construction near me
Bid. This is an owner or builder ready to talk. Send the click to the construction page with a site visit form, asking for the plot size and the locality.
overflow pool contractor, villa pool design
Bid. The buyer has chosen a pool type. Send them to the page for that type with finished projects, not to the home page.
swimming pool maintenance AMC
Bid, with a separate landing page. This buyer wants a contract and a name to call. Count an enquiry only when the pool size and location are given.
swimming pool cost per square foot
Bid with care. Send it to the page on what drives the cost, with a visit offer. Do not quote a rate that leaves out the plant and the finish.
swimming pool jobs, lifeguard, cleaner salary
Block. These are job seekers. Add them as blocked terms and review the search terms report for new variants.
swimming classes, pool membership, inflatable pool
Block. People wanting to swim or buy a toy pool are not buyers. Block each phrase as it appears in the search terms list.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the pay per click advertising work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the total budget

We agree the full paid advertising budget available across all platforms, rather than planning each one separately.

  2. 2

    Audit current platform performance

We compare existing campaigns on a shared basis to see where the budget currently performs best and worst.

  3. 3

    Build the cross-platform plan

Campaigns are structured across platforms with a shared measurement standard from the outset.

  4. 4

    Implement and monitor

Campaigns run with budget allocated dynamically based on real-time performance.

  5. 5

    Measure and reallocate

We report performance and shift budget toward what is working, within agreed limits.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on our own firm's name?
Usually yes, at a low cost, because a competitor can bid on your name and show above you. Check whether the brand search already brings you the call from the free result first, and keep an eye on it.
Is call-only advertising sensible for a pool builder?
It suits maintenance and repair, where the owner wants someone now. For a build it loses the plot size and locality that a form collects. Test it on repair work and compare the calls against the visits held.
How do we keep job seekers away?
Block the words they use, such as jobs, vacancy, salary, lifeguard and training, and write the ad so it speaks to owners. Check the search terms report regularly and add each new waste term to the list.
Can we track which call became a signed pool?
Yes, if every call is logged with the caller's number and the next step. Use a tracking number on the ads, enter each caller in the CRM, and mark the contract when it is signed. Without that record the ad shows calls and nothing else.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
