Camping and glamping operators · Digital marketing

One plan for the map, the site, the reels and the booking chat.

Digital marketing for a camping or glamping operator joins your map profile, website, reels and WhatsApp into a plan built around the season. GullySales builds each piece, sets the order of work and reads results with you after each season.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For camping and glamping operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel does one thing”

The map helps a nearby guest find you, search answers a question, reels show the place and WhatsApp takes the booking. A plan that asks every channel to do everything leaves gaps.

  • “The season is the calendar”

Long weekends, winter, monsoon and school breaks decide when guests plan. Work that starts after the weekend sells nothing.

  • “Paid ads need a landing page”

An advertisement that opens the home page loses the viewer. Send it to the tent page with the price, the policy and the booking button.

  • “The map listing answers the night-before search”

A group driving towards Kamshet on Friday searches for camping near me on the phone. A correct pin, current photographs, a working number and a reply to every review decide whether the camp is called or skipped.

What we do

What we deliver for camping and glamping operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Season calendar

A dated plan placing work before each long weekend, festival and break.

Result: Each push reaches guests while they plan.

  2. Channel roles

A written note of what each channel is for and who looks after it.

Result: Nobody expects the wrong thing from a channel.

  3. Landing pages for each tent type

Pages that paid and organic visitors both reach, with price basis, rules and booking.

Result: Every click lands on the details.

  4. Tracking set-up

Calls, forms and chat clicks tagged by source.

Result: You can see which channel produced bookings.

  5. Season review

A review of bookings, sources and questions guests asked, written for the next plan.

Result: Next season starts with what you learned.

  6. Map profile clean-up

Name, pin, entrance photograph, phone number and booking link checked against the real gate, with a courteous reply written to each review.

Result: The listing matches what a guest finds on arrival.

  7. Reel-to-page route

Each reel carries one link, to the page for the tent or package it shows, so the viewer lands on price basis, rules and the booking button and not on a general home page.

Result: A viewer who taps arrives at the right tent.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where do we start if we have nothing?
Start with a correct map profile and a single page with photographs, price basis, rules and a booking button. Add reels and WhatsApp next. A few working pieces beat a spread of half-built ones.
How much should we spend on ads?
Decide from the value of a booked tent and the number of empty nights. Begin small, tag each enquiry and raise the spend only where paid bookings can be traced to it.
Can you run it for us in peak season?
We can plan and run the work, with your approval on claims and photographs. The camp team still answers guests, because the stay is the product.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
