Cruise booking agencies · Digital marketing

Join search, social, WhatsApp and your own pages into one route to a deposit.

Digital marketing for a cruise agency is the combined work of search, social, content and messaging that moves a buyer from curiosity about ships to a conversation about a sailing. GullySales connects those pieces so each one passes the buyer to the next.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For cruise booking agencies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Channels run separately and drop the buyer”

An ad leads to a page with no enquiry form, or an Instagram reel leads to a profile with no link. Each break is a buyer who was interested and had nowhere to go.

  • “Spend follows the season, not the sailing”

Ads for the summer break or the Diwali holidays are only useful if a sailing page exists to receive them. Planning the page before the ad stops money being spent on clicks with no destination.

  • “The sale is decided in the chat”

Digital work finds the buyer, but the deposit comes from the conversation that follows. A weak first reply wastes the campaign that paid for the enquiry.

  • “Measurement stops at the click”

Clicks and views are easy to count. What matters is the quote sent, the deposit taken and the guest who returns, which need a record running from the first message to the final payment.

What we do

What we deliver for cruise booking agencies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan tied to your sailings

A written plan stating which channel brings which buyer to which sailing page.

Result: Each channel has a stated job and a destination.

  2. Campaign pages and forms

Landing pages for the sailings and seasons you push, each with an enquiry form that records the source.

Result: Ad clicks arrive at a page made for them.

  3. Search and social ad set-up

Ads for route and occasion searches and picture-led social campaigns, with budgets agreed by you.

Result: The ads match the page and the sailing they promote.

  4. Enquiry-to-deposit tracking

A record that follows each enquiry from source to quote to deposit.

Result: You can see which source brought deposits.

  5. A report against the baseline

Enquiries, quotes, deposits and repeat guests compared with the figures taken before work started.

Result: The report sets today's figures beside the starting ones.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small agency spend first?
On a sailing page that explains the trip and an enquiry route that you answer well. Ads follow once those exist.
Do we need all the channels?
No. We start with the two or three that match where your buyers already look, and add others if the record supports it.
Can you promise bookings from ads?
No. We build and run the campaigns and report the enquiries and deposits they produce. Bookings depend on the sailing, the price and your replies.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
