Gaming zones and VR arcades · Digital marketing

Plan the channels around the slots you want filled.

Digital marketing for a gaming zone or VR arcade combines map presence, search, social, messages and ads to fill the slots that stay empty. GullySales builds the plan around your quiet hours and measures it by bookings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For gaming zones and VR arcades

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Start from the empty slots”

The goal is not more followers but filled stations at the quiet hours. The plan names the slots, the audience who can attend and the channel that reaches them.

  • “Ads need a booking route”

Ads that send players to a profile with no way to book waste money. Fix the route first.

  • “Offline and online connect”

A poster at a college canteen with a QR code to the booking chat, or a card handed to a group, is part of the plan. Digital pieces should link to them.

  • “Measure bookings, not likes”

A record of where each booking came from shows which channel earns. Without it, effort follows noise.

What we do

What we deliver for gaming zones and VR arcades.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Quiet-hour plan

A map of the empty slots, the audience and the channel for each.

Result: Effort goes to the hours that need it.

  2. Map, search and booking foundation

Profile, pages and a booking chat set up as the base.

Result: Every channel lands on a working route.

  3. Campaign design

Social or search campaigns aimed at one audience at a time, with budget set by you.

Result: Spend is compared with bookings.

  4. Source tracking

Each booking tagged with where it came from.

Result: The owner sees which channel earns.

  5. Review rhythm

A regular conversation on what worked and what to change.

Result: Decisions come from the record.

  6. A school-holiday and exam-break plan

A calendar of the weeks when students are free, such as the break after board exams, the summer holidays and the days after college fests, with the audience, the channel and the offer you decide for each.

Result: Peak weeks are planned before they arrive.

  7. An Instagram reel and story plan

Ideas for short clips of the room, a racing rig in use, a VR reaction filmed with consent and a new game arriving, each ending on the booking link or chat, with the person who films and posts named on the desk.

Result: Every clip ends on a way to book.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small zone start?
With the map profile and a booking chat that works. A player who finds the zone on Maps should see hours, photographs and a number that answers. Then add one campaign aimed at one quiet slot, and read the bookings that follow before adding a second.
How do we set a budget?
Start from what a filled slot is worth to you and test a small spend, which you set. We read the bookings with you before changing it, and a campaign that brings enquiries but no bookings is stopped and rethought. The budget stays yours at every step.
Can this work without an esports crowd?
Yes. Casual friend groups, families and office teams book as much as tournament players, and the plan fits whoever your records show books. If an esports crowd appears later, a league night becomes one more campaign, and the foundation does not change.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
