Guesthouses · WhatsApp marketing

Run bookings, rates and directions on the app your guests already use.

WhatsApp marketing for a guest house means using one business number to answer enquiries, send rate sheets and confirm stays in the way guests prefer. GullySales sets up the profile, the saved replies and the habits that keep that number reliable.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For guesthouses

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first question is always sent as a message”

The visitor sends a pin or a one-line query, maybe at night. A saved reply with rates, room types, directions and invoice details turns that into a conversation that ends in a booking, instead of a missed call.

  • “Personal numbers lose the guest list”

When the owner and the caretaker use their own numbers, past conversations leave with the phone. A business number with a shared device or web login keeps the history for whoever handles the next enquiry.

  • “Photos sent one by one waste the moment”

A buyer asking for room pictures should get a tidy set at once, with the rate and the distance, rather than scattered messages. A catalogue or saved album handles it the same way each time.

  • “Broadcasts without consent damage the number”

Sending offers to everyone in the phone book annoys the people you want to keep. Messages go to those who have asked or booked, with an easy way to stop, and the platform's current rules are checked first.

What we do

What we deliver for guesthouses.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A WhatsApp Business profile

Name, address with pin, description, hours and catalogue of rooms set up on a single dedicated number.

Result: Guests reach one number that looks like the property.

  2. Saved replies for the common questions

Ready answers for rates, availability, meals, check-in, invoice and directions.

Result: The caretaker and the owner reply with the same words.

  3. A room and rate catalogue

Photographs and text for each room type with the current rate and what it includes.

Result: A buyer sees all the options in one place.

  4. A booking confirmation message

A short template with dates, room, rate, check-in rule and invoice details sent after a confirmed booking.

Result: The guest has the whole arrangement in writing.

  5. Opt-in groups for repeat accounts

A list of past corporate arrangers who agreed to hear from you, with a plain way to leave.

Result: You write only to people who said yes.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is the WhatsApp Business app enough?
For a single property, yes. Use the Business app on a dedicated number first. Look at the platform's current options for larger features only when the volume needs them.
Should the caretaker use the same number as the owner?
Use one business number that both can reach, with a clear rule on who answers when. Personal numbers mix private chats with guest records. Agree who answers at night, and write that down.
Can we send promotional messages to past guests?
Only to people who agreed to receive them, and with a way to opt out. Read the platform's current rules before any bulk message, and keep offers few and relevant.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
