Multicuisine restaurants · Lead generation

Fill the long table and the Sunday lunch, not just the Friday rush.

Lead generation for a multicuisine restaurant means finding the groups who need a table for many tastes: families, office teams, wedding parties in town and travellers on the road. GullySales works out which of these groups your kitchen already serves well and builds a way for each to reach you.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For multicuisine restaurants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The group chooses, one person asks”

A family lunch or an office farewell is decided in a chat, then one person phones to ask about seating and menu. That person is the lead. If the call goes unanswered, the whole table goes to the next restaurant on the list.

  • “A menu for everyone is a reason to book, if it is said aloud”

Mixed tastes are the multicuisine restaurant's real advantage. A host with a vegetarian parent, a child and a colleague who wants Chinese looks for exactly this, yet the listing never says so, and the host cannot tell.

  • “Walk-ins are not leads”

Footfall from the road or the mall is welcome, but nobody knows who they were. A name and a number taken for a reservation, a birthday or an anniversary turns a passing table into someone you can reach again.

  • “Hotel and highway guests need a different door”

A traveller wants to know if the kitchen is open late and whether a coach can park. A local family wants a private corner. One enquiry form cannot serve both, so the sources are separated from the start.

What we do

What we deliver for multicuisine restaurants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A group-booking enquiry path

A short form and a WhatsApp number on the listing, the website and the delivery profile, asking only for date, headcount and occasion.

Result: You can see each group enquiry and where it came from.

  2. Occasion offers with a clear first step

One offer for the family lunch, one for office teams, one for celebrations, each naming the dishes and the seating, with a booking button.

Result: Every offer has a link that records who used it.

  3. A lead sheet the front desk fills

A single sheet, kept by whoever answers the phone, with the name, number, party size, date and source of each enquiry.

Result: Calls stop vanishing into memory.

  4. Outreach to nearby offices and institutions

A short, specific note to office admins, schools and clubs in your area, offering a group table and a set menu.

Result: You hold a list of who was approached and who replied.

  5. A repeat-booking prompt for celebrations

A message for guests who booked an anniversary or birthday, sent as the next date approaches, using what they gave you.

Result: Past celebrations return as dated reminders.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the lead generation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your capacity

We agree how many enquiries your sales team can actually handle well, so the system is not built to overwhelm it.

  2. 2

    Audit current sources

We check what already brings in enquiries today, even informally, before adding anything new.

  3. 3

    Strategise the channel mix

Content, search and paid channels are chosen based on where your buyers already look.

  4. 4

    Implement capture and follow-up

Pages, forms and a follow-up process are built and connected end to end.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiry volume and quality and adjust the channel mix to match.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which leads matter most for a restaurant like ours?
Group bookings and celebrations bring the larger parties. We start there, then look at office orders and travellers, using your own booking records to see where tables fill.
Do we need paid advertising to generate leads?
Not to begin. A well-built listing and a staffed WhatsApp number come first. Paid reach is added once there is somewhere good to send people, and its cost is read against enquiries it brings in.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
