Multicuisine restaurants · WhatsApp marketing

Take bookings, share the menu and reach regular tables on the app they already use.

WhatsApp marketing for a multicuisine restaurant is using the business app to take bookings, send menus and bring guests back. GullySales sets up the account, the catalogue and the message routine, so the number printed on the listing is answered.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For multicuisine restaurants

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The group host already lives on WhatsApp”

The person organising lunch for a family or an office asks questions in a chat, not a call. A restaurant that answers there, with the menu and a table plan, gets the booking before a rival replies.

  • “A menu sent as a photograph wastes the catalogue”

The business app allows dishes to be listed with names, photographs and descriptions. A guest browsing it can pick a dish and ask a question in one step, which a forwarded menu image does not allow.

  • “Broadcasts to the wrong people are blocked”

A message sent to everyone in the phone, including people who never agreed to hear from you, brings complaints and blocks. Lists built from guests who opted in keep the number usable.

  • “One personal number cannot run a restaurant”

If the manager's own phone handles bookings, the chat history leaves with the manager and the line goes quiet on leave. A business number with named people on it survives staff changes.

What we do

What we deliver for multicuisine restaurants.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business account set up properly

Profile, hours, address, a greeting and an away message in place, with the number linked from the listing and the site.

Result: Guests who tap the number reach a clear business profile.

  2. A dish catalogue

The dishes you want to sell, listed with names, photographs and short descriptions.

Result: A guest can browse the menu inside the chat.

  3. Saved replies for bookings

Ready answers for group size, set menu, parties, parking and opening hours.

Result: The reply is the same whoever is on the phone.

  4. A consent-led contact list

A list of guests who agreed to receive offers, grouped by occasion and by type of table.

Result: You only message people who asked to hear from you.

  5. A short offer routine

A plan for festival, slow-day and celebration messages, written and approved before sending.

Result: Each broadcast has a purpose and an owner.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we send the menu to everyone in our contacts?
No. Message only those who agreed to hear from you, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging. A smaller list that wants your messages serves better than a large one that blocks you.
Do we need the API or is the business app enough?
For a single restaurant the business app covers bookings, replies and a catalogue. We look at the volume of messages first, and move to a larger set-up only if the app stops coping.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
