Tiffin services · Digital marketing

Use a few online tools well, and only where your delivery distance reaches.

Digital marketing for a tiffin service means choosing the handful of online channels that reach people near the kitchen, and ignoring the rest. GullySales looks at your map listing, WhatsApp, posters and any paid reach together and decides what deserves your time.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For tiffin services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A small kitchen has limited hours”

The cook has no time for ten channels. The sensible plan picks the two or three that bring local buyers, such as the map, WhatsApp and a neighbourhood presence, and does them properly.

  • “Reach is only useful inside the delivery area”

A paid post shown across a city wastes money on people you cannot serve. Online tools that target a small area around the kitchen suit the business, and any paid reach should be limited the same way.

  • “Online and offline work together”

A poster with a QR code leads to WhatsApp. A PG owner's recommendation leads to a map search. The channels feed each other, so they should say the same things about plans, rates and area.

  • “Counting beats guessing”

Without a note of how each customer arrived, every channel looks equally good. A short question at the first chat reveals which ones fill the list and which ones only cost time.

What we do

What we deliver for tiffin services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel choice note

A written decision on which online channels to use for your kitchen and which to skip, with reasons.

Result: A one-page plan listing the channels you will run.

  2. Local targeting guide

Notes on limiting any paid reach to the lanes you deliver to.

Result: A clear radius written down before any spend.

  3. Message and plan consistency check

Rates, menus and area compared across the listing, posters and chats.

Result: The same facts everywhere a buyer looks.

  4. Source tracking

A record of how each new customer found you.

Result: A count by channel for the first set of customers.

  5. Season calendar

The college joining, festival and quiet months mapped against what to push.

Result: A calendar showing when to push and when to rest.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should I run paid ads?
Only after the listing, the replies and the record are in order. Paid reach sends people to a kitchen, so it should be limited to your delivery area.
What should I do first?
Complete the map listing and the WhatsApp profile, then start counting where customers come from. Everything else depends on those two.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
