Tiffin services · WhatsApp marketing

Run your tiffin enquiries, menus and renewals on the app your customers already open.

WhatsApp marketing for a tiffin service is using the business app for enquiries, the menu for the week, plan details and renewal reminders. GullySales sets up the profile, the saved replies and the broadcast routine, and drafts messages in the language your customers use.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For tiffin services

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “WhatsApp is where the whole sale happens”

Buyers ask, compare, pay and complain on the same chat. The number on the poster, the listing and the box is the front door. Treating it as a proper channel, with a profile and saved replies, makes the kitchen look organised.

  • “The personal number mixes everything”

Using a personal number for family, friends and customers buries enquiries and leaks private chats. A separate business number with a business profile keeps the two apart and lets you show hours, address and catalogue.

  • “Broadcasts must not become spam”

A menu sent to customers who agreed to receive it is useful. The same message sent to strangers from a bought list is an annoyance and can get the number blocked. Send only to people who asked, and check the platform's current rules.

  • “Language decides whether the message is read”

A message in the customer's own language lands differently from a stiff English one. Kannada, Hindi, Telugu or Tamil, written plainly, makes the kitchen sound like home.

What we do

What we deliver for tiffin services.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Business profile set-up

Name, description, hours, delivery area and a catalogue of plans on the business app.

Result: A profile that answers common questions before you do.

  2. Saved reply set

Quick replies for greetings, plan details, trial offers, payment and leave rules.

Result: Replies you call up with a short key.

  3. Menu broadcast routine

A way to send the menu to customers who agreed to receive it, with a way to opt out.

Result: A list of opted-in customers and a sample menu message.

  4. Labels for customers

Labels such as enquiry, trial, active, due and ended, applied to each chat.

Result: Every chat has a stage you can see.

  5. Opt-in wording

A line that asks permission to send menus and reminders, placed on posters and in the first reply.

Result: A clear ask recorded for each customer.

  6. Rules reminder

A page reminding you to check the platform's current rules for business messaging before sending.

Result: A short checklist for before you broadcast.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is the business app different from the normal one?
Yes. It adds a business profile, labels, saved replies and a catalogue. Check which features your version offers, since they change.
Can I message people who enquired once?
Message them about what they asked, and give an easy way to stop. Do not add people to broadcast lists without their agreement.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
