HR consulting and outsourcing firms · Branding

Give a founder a reason to pick you over a firm with the same service list.

Branding for an HR consultancy is deciding which employer you are for and making it visible, since payroll, recruitment and compliance sit on every competitor's website. GullySales writes the positioning, puts names and faces on the work, and brings your proposal, scope note and monthly tracker into one look.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For HR consulting and outsourcing firms

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The service list cannot be the brand

Every firm in your city prints the same three lines. A founder comparing two of them is reading for a difference that is not on the page.

  • You are handling salaries, so the person matters more than the mark

Clients want to know who answers when a payslip is wrong in the last week of the month. Named people with roles do more than a logo.

  • Choosing an employer type is the decision

A garment unit with contract labour and a forty-person product company want opposite things. Saying which one you are built for is what makes the firm recognisable.

  • Your documents are handled more than your website

The scope note, the payslip format and the monthly tracker a client opens carry your name far more often. Most firms leave them looking like a spreadsheet nobody owns.

What we do

What we deliver for HR consulting and outsourcing firms.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A positioning line that names the buyer and the problem

One sentence on which employers you are built for and what you take off their hands, agreed with you and used everywhere.

Result: A founder comparing firms can finally see a difference.

  2. A people page with names, roles and faces

Who runs payroll, who handles compliance and who the client calls when something breaks, written plainly with photographs.

Result: A cautious buyer knows who will pick up.

  3. The client document set brought into one look

Proposal, scope note, monthly tracker and handover checklist set in the same type, colours and layout.

Result: Every document a client opens looks like it came from one firm.

  4. A monthly client report worth forwarding

A one-page format showing what was filed, what is due and what needs the client's decision, designed to be read in two minutes.

Result: The founder forwards your report to her co-founder each month.

  5. A one-page firm profile for referrals

What you do, who you do it for and how to start, in a single sheet an accountant can pass on without explaining you.

Result: A referral arrives already knowing what you are.

  6. Name and mark reviewed only where they get in the way

An honest look at whether the name, logo and site are actually costing you work, before anyone spends money redrawing them.

Result: You rebrand only if there is a reason to.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for HR consulting and outsourcing firms

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at how clearly your site addresses real HR problems, how fast enquiries are answered, and where your referrals actually come from.

  2. 2

    Build trust with problem-led content

Pages addressing compliance deadlines, hiring gaps and payroll issues in the plain terms a founder actually searches for.

  3. 3

    Speed up the response

A same-day reply routine for urgent compliance or hiring enquiries, since these buyers are often reacting to a deadline.

  4. 4

    Bring clients in

Search visibility and referral relationships with accountants, founders' networks and past clients.

  5. 5

    Manage the retainer relationship

Clear scope tracking and a review rhythm that protects both delivery quality and renewal conversations.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

If we say we are built for factories, do we lose the software clients?
You lose some of the enquiries that were never going to close anyway. A founder picks a firm that sounds like it has seen her situation before. Nothing stops you taking other work that walks in.
Do we need a new logo?
Usually not first. The proposal, the scope note and the monthly report are what clients handle, and fixing those changes more than a redrawn mark. We say plainly when the name or site is the actual problem.
How soon would we see more enquiries?
Fixing reply time and problem-led content helps quickly, since a founder is already searching for that exact gap. Ranking for a search such as payroll outsourcing in your city takes several months.
Do we need to advertise?
Clearer content and a faster reply cost nothing in media and answer the search a founder is already making. Advertising helps for a specific service push, such as payroll compliance ahead of a filing season.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Every month is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. Terms run three to six months at a time, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
