Landscape contractors · Branding

Look like a firm that can execute a clubhouse, not a gardener with a van.

Branding for a landscaping contractor decides whether a builder, an architect or a villa owner reads you as a firm that can execute a plant schedule. GullySales settles what you want to be known for, builds the specifier kit and the proposal, and puts one company on the site board and the uniform.

A sign-painter's bench: a shop sign on a low easel lettered as far as its last character, which is still only pencilled in, a mahl stick laid across the work, open tins of paint on the floor and a finished sign hanging from its iron bracket above

What branding means

Branding is what a customer remembers about your business beyond the product, including your name, colours, tone of voice and what you are known for locally. GullySales sets or corrects this once and applies it consistently across your website, signage and adverts so the business looks like one company everywhere.

For landscape contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your substitution policy is a brand promise

Architects fear a contractor who swaps a specified tree for something cheaper. Writing down what you will and will not substitute, and who approves it, is worth more than a logo.

  • The site board is read by every flat owner in the project

For a year your name sits at the entrance of a development full of future customers. Most contractors hang a banner with a phone number and nothing else.

  • Crews in uniform get renewed

A committee judges the firm by the three people who arrive at seven with a trimmer. Shirts, identity cards and a supervisor's number are the identity that meets the client.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A decision about what you are known for

The garden types, the buyer and the scale you want, written as a paragraph your estimator and your site supervisor can both repeat.

Result: You stop being quoted against a two-man crew.

  2. A specifier kit for architects and builders

Your nursery sourcing, substitution policy, irrigation capability, experience with native planting and water use on rated projects, and the projects that prove it.

Result: An architect can recommend you without worrying.

  3. A proposal document that looks like the garden

The plant list, sizes, soil work, hardscape, irrigation and care plan set out with photographs, instead of a rate typed into a message.

Result: The higher quote becomes the easier one to defend.

  4. Site boards, vehicles and crew identity

A board for every project entrance, vehicle lettering, crew shirts and identity cards, and the supervisor's number displayed at maintenance sites.

Result: A year on site works as advertising instead of clutter.

  5. One photographic style across everything

How gardens get shot, at what age and in which season, used the same way on the site, the kit, the profile and the proposal.

Result: Your work is recognisable before anybody reads the name.

How the result is measured

  • Recognition in customer feedback
  • Consistency across channels
  • Repeat enquiries by name

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for landscape contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your projects come from, how many proposals turn into orders, and how many gardens you built are still maintained by you.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal and follow-up

Enquiry questions before a rate, a proposal with a plant list and care plan, and a follow-up routine for every quote.

  3. 3

    Build proof that grows

A mature garden portfolio, project pages and a maintenance report that shows care month by month.

  4. 4

    Reach the specifiers

Architect and builder outreach, local search for villa and terrace owners, and seasonal campaigns before the monsoon.

  5. 5

    Hold the garden

A first-year care plan with every project, monthly reports to maintenance clients and a pre-summer check for past clients.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Does a landscaping contractor need a logo and a brochure?
A brochure, yes, and a specifier kit ahead of a logo. Architects and builders want your sourcing, your irrigation capability and your past projects in one document they can keep. Owners want photographs.
How do we stop looking like every other garden contractor?
Pick the work you want to be known for and show only that. A firm known for terrace gardens gets terrace enquiries. A firm showing everything from lawn cutting to clubhouse work gets priced like a lawn cutter.
How do we stop builders giving our design work to a cheaper executor?
Charge for design separately or agree execution before sharing the plant schedule. Offering build and first-year maintenance together also makes the cheaper quote harder to compare.
What should a garden proposal include?
The species and sizes, soil preparation, irrigation, hardscape items and a first-year care plan. A single rate per square foot hides the difference between a garden that survives and one that does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
