Landscape contractors · Lead generation

An owner who will not say the area is not ready for a site visit.

Lead generation for a landscaping contractor means bringing in enquiries from owners, architects and facility managers, then finding out which of them has a site, a budget and a month. GullySales writes the questions asked before a visit, and follows every proposal to a yes or a no.

A sorting hopper in a depot yard: a wide gold hopper on a steel frame, its throat splitting into three chutes that feed three floor bins, one heaped past its own spout, one half caught, one barely started

What lead generation means

Lead generation is the combined work of every channel that brings in a new enquiry, whether from search, adverts, referrals or a stall at an exhibition. GullySales runs these channels together and reports the number of enquiries each one produced, not the activity behind it.

For landscape contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • Your best source is a renewal date nobody wrote down

Every apartment and campus maintenance contract in your city comes up on a known date. A contractor holding that calendar is quoting before the committee starts asking around.

  • The builder decides, and the architect can hand you the job

Owners rarely pick the clubhouse contractor. Quoting against a plant schedule you helped shape is a different conversation from arriving at the tender stage with everybody else.

  • Two photographs save a wasted trip across the city

Ask for pictures and the water source on WhatsApp before booking a visit. Trips end at sites with no borewell and no access, and an owner's photograph would have said so.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Enquiry questions asked before a site visit

Area, sunlight, water source, photographs and a budget range, asked on WhatsApp and the website form and recorded against the enquiry.

Result: Your travel goes to sites worth quoting.

  2. A proposal with a plant list and a care plan

Species and sizes, soil preparation, irrigation, hardscape items and what the first year of care involves, laid out so a buyer can compare line by line.

Result: A cheaper quote has to explain what it left out.

  3. A renewal calendar for maintenance contracts

Every apartment, campus, school and hotel contract in your area with its renewal month and the person who actually signs it.

Result: You are in the room before the committee asks around.

  4. A specifier list of architects and consultants

The practices designing villas, apartments and campuses in your city, with the kit to send and a mature site to walk them through.

Result: Your name is on the schedule before the tender.

  5. Follow-up on every proposal sent

A dated call and message against each quote, and a recorded reason when the job goes somewhere else.

Result: You learn whether you lost on rate or on silence.

  6. One enquiry record with source and garden type

Every enquiry, site visit, proposal and order logged by source and project type, reported monthly against the audit baseline.

Result: You can see which source brings projects and which brings rate calls.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries generated
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries by source

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for landscape contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your projects come from, how many proposals turn into orders, and how many gardens you built are still maintained by you.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal and follow-up

Enquiry questions before a rate, a proposal with a plant list and care plan, and a follow-up routine for every quote.

  3. 3

    Build proof that grows

A mature garden portfolio, project pages and a maintenance report that shows care month by month.

  4. 4

    Reach the specifiers

Architect and builder outreach, local search for villa and terrace owners, and seasonal campaigns before the monsoon.

  5. 5

    Hold the garden

A first-year care plan with every project, monthly reports to maintenance clients and a pre-summer check for past clients.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we get in front of architects and garden design consultants?
By visiting them with something they can keep. A specifier kit covering your sourcing, your substitution policy and your irrigation capability, plus an invitation to walk a garden you planted four years ago. That walk does what no advertisement can.
Should we quote on a per square foot basis?
Not as the whole quote. Give the plant list, the sizes, the soil work, the hardscape and the first year of care, then a total. A single rate makes you look identical to the contractor who will substitute the trees.
How do we stop builders giving our design work to a cheaper executor?
Charge for design separately or agree execution before sharing the plant schedule. Offering build and first-year maintenance together also makes the cheaper quote harder to compare.
What should a garden proposal include?
The species and sizes, soil preparation, irrigation, hardscape items and a first-year care plan. A single rate per square foot hides the difference between a garden that survives and one that does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
Three to six months at a time. There is no twelve-month lock, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
