Landscape contractors · Email marketing

Facility managers read email, and villa owners read WhatsApp.

Email for a landscaping contractor is the channel that reaches facility managers, architects and committee office bearers, while WhatsApp handles owners. GullySales runs the monthly maintenance report, the renewal reminders and the pre-summer note to past clients from one list you can trust.

A post room: a wall rack of pigeonholes with sorted letters and strapped bundles, a loaded mail trolley wheeled up in front of it, and on the bench a franking machine with one envelope under the press arm, franked and cleared

What email marketing means

Email marketing is sending planned messages to a list of past and prospective customers who have agreed to hear from you. It suits offers, updates and staying in touch with someone who is not ready to buy yet. GullySales writes and schedules these emails and tracks who opens, clicks and enquires.

For landscape contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The monthly report is your best marketing email

A facility manager who receives a visit report every month renews without calling for tenders. It is also the document that gets forwarded when another campus asks for a name.

  • Renewals are dated and nobody diarises them

Apartment and campus contracts expire on known dates, usually after an annual meeting. An email six weeks before that meeting is worth more than a year of posting.

  • Old garden clients come back in March

An owner whose garden has thinned will spend before the rains if somebody reminds them. One dated email offering a pre-summer check brings work from people you already know.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A monthly report email per maintenance site

Visits, work done, replacements, water notes and next month's plan, sent to the committee secretary and the facility manager in the same format each time.

Result: Renewal conversations start from a record.

  2. Renewal reminders on a dated calendar

Emails six to eight weeks before each contract ends, timed ahead of the meeting that decides it, with the year's reports attached.

Result: You are quoting before a tender is written.

  3. A pre-summer note to every past garden

A dated message to owners of gardens you built, offering a check, mulching and an irrigation service before the heat arrives.

Result: Gardens you planted stay yours to look after.

  4. An architect and builder list kept warm

A short quarterly note to practices and project teams carrying one finished garden and one thing you learned on site.

Result: Your name arrives before the next schedule is drawn.

  5. One list, cleaned and reported on

Contacts sorted by owner, architect, builder and facility manager, with unsubscribes honoured and enquiries traced to email each month against the audit baseline.

Result: You know what the list is producing.

How the result is measured

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Enquiries from email

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first monthly report.

No open-ended retainer. Each step has a point in time and something you receive.

  1. 01 · Day 1

    Free audit call

45 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. 02 · Within a few working days

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope and fee come with it, in writing.

  3. 03 · Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later month has an honest comparison.

  4. 04 · Month 1

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. 05 · Every month

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. No twelve-month lock.

How the work runs for landscape contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your projects come from, how many proposals turn into orders, and how many gardens you built are still maintained by you.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal and follow-up

Enquiry questions before a rate, a proposal with a plant list and care plan, and a follow-up routine for every quote.

  3. 3

    Build proof that grows

A mature garden portfolio, project pages and a maintenance report that shows care month by month.

  4. 4

    Reach the specifiers

Architect and builder outreach, local search for villa and terrace owners, and seasonal campaigns before the monsoon.

  5. 5

    Hold the garden

A first-year care plan with every project, monthly reports to maintenance clients and a pre-summer check for past clients.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every monthly report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No lock-in, no guarantees we cannot keep

Three to six months at a time. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do apartment committees actually read email?
The secretary and the facility manager do, because that is where records live. Residents live in their own group instead. Write to the office bearers and give them something they can paste into that group.
Is a newsletter worth the effort?
A monthly note with one seasonal instruction and one finished garden, yes. A general newsletter, no. The instruction is the part that gets read, because it tells the reader what to do this month.
How do we stop builders giving our design work to a cheaper executor?
Charge for design separately or agree execution before sharing the plant schedule. Offering build and first-year maintenance together also makes the cheaper quote harder to compare.
What should a garden proposal include?
The species and sizes, soil preparation, irrigation, hardscape items and a first-year care plan. A single rate per square foot hides the difference between a garden that survives and one that does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
