Landscape contractors · Pay per click advertising

Spend in the three months before the rains, not in the monsoon.

Paid advertising for a landscaping contractor buys search and Meta clicks from villa owners, terrace owners and facility managers inside a short planting season. GullySales runs the campaigns in the weeks before the rains, screens out rate hunters, and counts orders rather than clicks.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For landscape contractors

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • The season is short and the budget should be lumpy

Planting goes in just before the monsoon, so March to May carries the design enquiries. The same monthly budget spread through October wastes most of itself.

  • A garden click and a lawn mowing click are different buyers

Somebody searching for garden maintenance near me wants a monthly visit at a low rate. Somebody searching for a terrace garden designer wants a project. One campaign cannot serve both.

  • Ads never reach the person drawing the plant schedule

No amount of spend puts you in front of a garden design consultant who is already specifying. That work is won by walking them through a mature site, so it is budgeted separately.

What we do

What we deliver for landscape contractors.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns timed to the planting calendar

Budget raised through the pre-monsoon design months, held down in the wettest weeks and raised again before the winter planting window.

Result: You advertise in the months work can actually start.

  2. Separate campaigns for projects and for maintenance

One campaign for design and build enquiries, another for monthly contracts, each with its own page, form and follow-up.

Result: A project enquiry stops being answered with a mowing rate.

  3. Three qualifying questions on every form

Area, water source and planting month asked before the enquiry reaches your phone, with photographs invited from the owner.

Result: Site visits go to people who can describe their site.

  4. Landing pages that answer the fear

The terrace campaign lands on waterproofing, load and drainage, and the villa campaign lands on soil, species and the first year of care.

Result: The click arrives at the objection instead of a brochure.

  5. Localities chosen where gardens exist

Spend aimed at areas with independent houses, villa projects and gated communities, rather than sprayed across a whole city map.

Result: You stop paying for clicks from flats with no balcony.

  6. Reporting to proposals and orders

Each click followed through to the site visit, the proposal and the order, by garden type, against the audit baseline.

Result: You can tell which campaign paid for a project.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, then reported every month against it.

  6. 06 · Month 3 to 6

How the work runs for landscape contractors

  1. 1

    Assess

We look at where your projects come from, how many proposals turn into orders, and how many gardens you built are still maintained by you.

  2. 2

    Fix the proposal and follow-up

Enquiry questions before a rate, a proposal with a plant list and care plan, and a follow-up routine for every quote.

  3. 3

    Build proof that grows

A mature garden portfolio, project pages and a maintenance report that shows care month by month.

  4. 4

    Reach the specifiers

Architect and builder outreach, local search for villa and terrace owners, and seasonal campaigns before the monsoon.

  5. 5

    Hold the garden

A first-year care plan with every project, monthly reports to maintenance clients and a pre-summer check for past clients.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is Meta or Google better for a landscaping contractor?
Google for people who have decided they want a garden, Meta for owners who have not got there yet. A terrace garden is an idea before it is a search, so a photograph of a finished rooftop does work no keyword can. Run both before the monsoon and compare the enquiries.
How do we stop paying for people who only want a rate?
Ask three things on the form: the area, the water source and the month they want it planted. Anyone who will not answer was never going to book a site visit. Your enquiry count drops and your visits improve.
How do we stop builders giving our design work to a cheaper executor?
Charge for design separately or agree execution before sharing the plant schedule. Offering build and first-year maintenance together also makes the cheaper quote harder to compare.
What should a garden proposal include?
The species and sizes, soil preparation, irrigation, hardscape items and a first-year care plan. A single rate per square foot hides the difference between a garden that survives and one that does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped in the free audit and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile usually show in weeks, because the enquiries already exist. Ads show in days once follow-up is ready. SEO and content take months. The audit tells you which applies to you.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 45 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the monthly review.
