Relocation companies · Digital marketing

Plan your digital work around a handful of employers and a handful of moves.

Digital marketing for a relocation company is the combined use of your website, search, LinkedIn, email and messaging to win employers and transferees. GullySales works out which of these deserves effort for your business and joins them to one account record.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For relocation companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Reach is small and value is large”

A few dozen employers decide most of your future business, so mass advertising wastes money. Digital work should be aimed at named accounts and at the searches of people in a moment of need.

  • “Channels serve different buyers”

LinkedIn and email reach HR heads, search reaches the anxious manager and the individual payer, and WhatsApp serves the move itself. Spending evenly on all of them ignores that each has a different job.

  • “Paid advertising fits narrow uses”

A small campaign aimed at a specific city search or a graduate-batch offer may suit your business, while a broad campaign for relocation draws packers-and-movers enquiries. Test narrowly and judge by the quality of the enquiry, not the count.

  • “Measurement must follow a long sale”

A panel place may arrive long after the first contact. Counting clicks says little, so the record tracks meetings, pilots and applications by employer, which tells you what is moving.

What we do

What we deliver for relocation companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan

A short plan saying which channels serve HR heads, which serve transferees and which you will not use yet, with reasons.

Result: Your team knows where effort goes and where it does not.

  2. Website and search foundations

Service, city and country pages with clear titles and an enquiry route for employers and for individuals.

Result: Both audiences have their own landing pages.

  3. A LinkedIn and email routine for named accounts

Outreach written for HR contacts, with each message and reply recorded against the account.

Result: Every contact is traceable to an employer.

  4. A small tested advertising plan

Narrow campaigns for specific cities or offers, reviewed against the enquiries they produced.

Result: You can see which campaign produced enquiries worth answering.

  5. A pipeline read-out

Employers met, pilots started, applications made and standing arrangements, read from the account record.

Result: You read results by employer, not by click.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these relocation companies.

  • IT services and global capability centres posting staff across India and abroad
  • Manufacturing and engineering firms moving plant managers
  • Banks, insurers and consulting firms with regular transfers
  • Multinational subsidiaries in India with inbound expatriates
  • Universities and research bodies bringing in visiting staff
  • Startups making their first senior hire in another city
  • Government and public sector undertakings with posting rules
  • Individuals paying for their own overseas move

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Is digital marketing enough to win a panel?
No. Panels are won through relationships, proof and procurement checks. Digital work makes you known, makes your proof easy to find and keeps contact with each account organised.
How much should we spend on ads?
Decide after the channel plan, starting with a small test tied to a specific offer. We do not suggest a figure in advance, because it depends on your accounts and your capacity to handle enquiries.
Should we run ads for individuals paying their own move?
Possibly, for specific routes you handle well. Keep the landing page and the enquiry form separate from the employer pages and check each platform's current rules before running anything.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
