Self-storage and storage facilities · Digital marketing

Put the channels in the order a person with a move date will meet them.

Digital marketing for a storage facility is the set of channels that reach a person who needs space: the map listing, search, WhatsApp, the website and a few local groups. GullySales decides the order from your own enquiry record and builds the first channels before the rest.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For self-storage and storage facilities

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Start with the channels that answer a search”

A person who needs space types a locality and picks from the map. A correct listing and a phone that is answered work before an advert or a post does. Money put into advertising before those are fixed buys clicks that go nowhere.

  • “Every channel needs a person at the other end”

A listing, an ad and a post each end in a call or a message. If the desk is shut at night or the WhatsApp number is a personal phone, the channels are working for the next facility. The reply routine is part of the marketing.

  • “Several branches, one confusion”

An operator with several branches needs a profile, a page and a phone for each, with one brand over them. Treating the chain as a single listing hides the branch that is short of tenants.

  • “The season decides the effort”

Transfers, the end of the school year and the festival months move demand. A plan that spends evenly across the year spends little when it matters and too much when it does not. Mark the busy months on the plan first.

What we do

What we deliver for self-storage and storage facilities.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan in order

Which channel is built first, which waits and why, drawn from your enquiry record and your branches.

Result: You know what is being done first and the reason.

  2. A map and local search foundation

Business Profile and listings set right for every branch, with a page for each locality served.

Result: A nearby searcher finds an open, correct entry.

  3. A reply routine across phone and WhatsApp

Who answers, in which language and with what first message.

Result: Each channel ends in a person.

  4. A season calendar

The busy and quiet months for households, students and sellers, with the activity set against each.

Result: Effort goes where demand is.

  5. A tracking sheet of enquiries by source

One sheet that records where every enquiry came from and what happened to it next.

Result: You compare channels by move-ins and not by clicks.

  6. A review against the baseline

Results by channel and branch beside the figures recorded before work starts, and a decision on what to add or stop.

Result: A channel that does not fill units is stopped.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these self-storage and storage facilities.

  • Household self-storage units near apartment clusters
  • Business storage for online sellers and traders
  • Document and records storage
  • Warehouse-style storage let by the pallet or the bay
  • Student and PG storage near colleges and hostels
  • Furniture and relocation storage tied to packers and movers
  • Operators running several branches across a city
  • Landowners and building owners converting space into units

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the digital marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should a small facility start?
With the Business Profile, a phone that is answered and a page that shows unit sizes. Those cost little and decide whether any other channel pays. Add advertising or social posts once all three work.
Should we hand everything to an agency?
Use outside help for the parts that need skill, such as search and tracking, and keep the reply and the follow-up inside the facility. Nobody outside can answer the phone at the gate or show a tenant a unit.
How do we know digital marketing is working?
By move-ins traced back to a source, not by views or followers. Record where each tenant says they came from and compare it with the baseline taken before the work started.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
