Trucking companies · Social media

Show shippers a fleet that is real, on the road and run with care.

Social media for a trucking company is a small, steady record of your trucks, drivers, loads and yard, placed where shippers and plant staff already look. GullySales works on what to post, which platform suits which buyer and who on your side posts it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For trucking companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A truck photograph is proof, a stock image is not”

A logistics desk scrolling through a profile wants to see a registration plate, a clean body and a tarpaulin tied down well. Photographs of your own trucks at a plant gate say more than a graphic about reliability.

  • “LinkedIn reaches the plant, Facebook and YouTube reach the operator”

Plant logistics heads and purchase officers read LinkedIn, while independent operators and small traders watch videos and group posts. Choose the platform by the buyer you want on a given lane, instead of posting one picture everywhere.

  • “Drivers are the face of the fleet”

A short video of a driver explaining how a load is lashed or how a vehicle is checked before a trip builds trust. Ask the driver first, keep everyone safe and never film while a vehicle is moving.

  • “A free-truck post invites brokers, not shippers”

A post saying a truck is empty on a route is read by brokers hunting a cheap vehicle. Post what you do well, the lane and the papers, and leave availability messages to the groups made for them.

What we do

What we deliver for trucking companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Post plan by buyer

A list of post ideas sorted by plant staff, traders and operators, each with the platform it suits.

Result: The person posting knows which buyer every post is for.

  2. Photo checklist for the dispatcher

A short list covering plate in frame, load covered, plant or gate board visible and the trip's route noted.

Result: A usable photograph exists for each delivery without an extra trip.

  3. Driver feature posts

Introductions to drivers who agree, with their experience and the vehicle they run, written with their consent.

Result: Each driver post has the driver's agreement on record.

  4. Company page set-up

Matching names, logos, descriptions and contact details on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Result: A shipper who finds any page reads the same company details.

  5. Comment and message handling

A rule for who answers comments and direct messages, and a saved reply that moves the conversation to the business WhatsApp number.

Result: No message sits unanswered because nobody owned it.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these trucking companies.

  • Owner-operators with one to five trucks
  • Fleet owners with ten to fifty trucks on contract and market loads
  • Tipper and construction material truck operators
  • Tanker operators for fuel, chemicals, milk and edible oil
  • Trailer and container haulage operators near ports and rail terminals
  • Car carrier and vehicle transporters
  • Bulk cement and fly ash carriers
  • Truck operators attached to a single plant or a mine

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Which platform should a small fleet start with?
Start with the one where your next shipper already is. A fleet chasing plant contracts begins with LinkedIn, and one serving small traders begins with a Facebook page and WhatsApp. GullySales reads your enquiries to decide, and does not promise a following.
Can we name a shipper or plant in a post?
Only with that shipper's written permission and only in the way agreed. A plant may have its own rule on naming vendors. Ask the logistics head first and keep the reply on file.
Who should run the pages?
A named clerk or the dispatcher's assistant who already handles WhatsApp, with the owner approving anything about shippers. Rates, driver phone numbers and a customer's load details stay off public posts.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
