Managed IT service providers · Pay per click advertising

Pay for the office looking for an IT partner, not the one with a broken laptop.

Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising for a managed IT provider means bidding on the few searches made by companies looking for ongoing support, and blocking the many made by home users, repair seekers and job hunters. GullySales builds those campaigns around seat count and city, sends each click to a matching page, and counts only enquiries that could become a per-user agreement.

A 90-minute audit call and a written, scored report. Turnaround, reporting and term are agreed in writing after the audit.

What pay per click advertising means

Pay per click advertising (PPC) is paying a fee each time someone clicks your advert on Google or another platform. It puts you at the top of a search page immediately, instead of waiting for ranking to build. GullySales sets the targeting, writes the ad text and checks spend daily against enquiries received.

For managed IT service providers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Contract searches are rare and dear”

Searches for outsourced IT support or managed IT services are few next to laptop repair, so every wasted click on them costs more.

  • “Repair searches look cheap and convert badly”

Computer repair near me brings a stream of single-laptop calls that an engineer still has to answer and turn down.

  • “Seat count is the filter that matters”

A form without a users field makes a two-person office and a firm of a hundred look identical until the first call.

What we do

What we deliver for managed IT service providers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Campaigns split by intent

Contract searches, switching searches and single-service searches such as Microsoft 365 management run as separate campaigns with separate budgets.

Result: Budget follows the searches that sign agreements.

  2. A negative keyword list for this trade

Laptop repair, printer, home, course, jobs, salary, free, crack and download, added from the search terms report and kept under review.

Result: Spend stops going to repair seekers and students.

  3. Landing pages with a users field

Each page states the office sizes you take on and asks for the number of users and the current arrangement before anything else.

Result: Single-device jobs sort themselves out before they call.

  4. Location targeting drawn by on-site reach

Ads shown where your engineers can visit, with remote-only regions given a separate, smaller campaign or left out entirely.

Result: Clicks come from companies you can actually serve.

  5. Calls and forms tied to signed agreements

Call tracking on the ad number and the form source stored in the CRM, followed through to assessment and signature.

Result: You can see what an agreement won through ads really costs.

  6. A switching campaign for unhappy buyers

Ads on searches like change IT support provider or IT vendor not responding, pointing to a handover page.

Result: You meet buyers already fed up with someone else.

How the result is measured

  • Cost per click
  • Cost per enquiry
  • Enquiries from paid search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches to bid on and block

Which searches bring managed IT agreements, which bring laptop repairs, and what to do with each.

managed IT services or outsourced IT support, plus the city
Bid. This is the agreement buyer. Name the office sizes you support in the ad and send the click to the per-user service page, with a users field on the form.
IT support company for small office
Bid with care. It mixes agreement buyers and one-off jobs, so the ad should mention agreements and a minimum office size to put off the single-laptop caller.
change IT vendor, IT support not responding
Bid. A dissatisfied buyer is ready to move. Land them on a takeover page explaining how credentials and documentation are collected from the old provider.
laptop repair, computer repair near me, printer service
Block, unless you run a repair counter. These are single-device jobs that cost the same click as an agreement enquiry.
help desk jobs, IT support salary, MCSA course
Block. Freshers and job seekers search these words all day. Add job, vacancy, salary, fresher, course and certification terms as negatives.
An enquiry worth paying for
Count a form or call that gives users, a company name and a reason to change. Mark it again once an assessment is booked, and judge the campaign on assessments rather than clicks.

Who it is for

This is written for these managed IT service providers.

  • Per-user support for growing offices without an IT team
  • Resident engineer and IT facility management providers
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace managed service partners
  • Co-managed IT for companies with one in-house IT person
  • MSPs serving CA firms, clinics and other compliance-heavy offices
  • Backup and endpoint management specialists
  • IT support firms for factories and export units
  • Remote-first providers serving offices in several cities

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Free audit call

90 minutes with whoever handles your enquiries: how they arrive, how fast they are answered, where they are lost.

  2. After the call

    Written, scored report

Six areas scored, fixes ranked by return and cost. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come with it, in writing.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

Usually the cheapest one on the report: reply time, a follow-up sequence or the marketing-to-sales handover.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the work runs for managed IT service providers

  1. 1

    Assess

A free audit of where your current agreements came from, how many clients are per-user against break-fix, how renewals are handled and how fast new enquiries get a reply.

  2. 2

Write the scope and price model

One scope sheet, two or three per-user tiers and a proposal format the finance head can read without a call.

  3. 3

Be found at the moment of change

Pages, listings and referral routes aimed at resignations, audits, growth and vendor takeovers.

  4. 4

    Follow up to signature

Assessments booked, proposals chased on dates fixed when they are sent, and prospects with a known contract end date called before it.

  5. 5

    Renew and add seats

Renewal packs, licence reviews and new-service proposals for every client, with the outcome read against the baseline.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we bid on the names of larger MSPs?
It is seldom worth it. The searcher wants that company and the click is expensive. Check the platform's current rules on using another firm's name, and protect your own name with a small brand campaign if a competitor bids on it.
Are call-only ads right for managed IT?
Not for agreement buyers, who want to read the scope before they talk. Call ads suit urgent support searches, provided someone answers every call while the ad runs. Measure them apart from the agreement campaign.
Our ads keep attracting help desk job seekers. How do we stop it?
Add job, vacancy, salary, fresher, hiring, interview and the common certification names as negatives. Keep careers pages out of the ad's landing links. Check the search terms report for new variations and add those too.
A founder rang us after seeing our ad. How do we prove the ad brought that call?
Put a separate tracked number on the ads and the landing pages, and ask every caller how they found you as a cross-check. Log each call with users, source and outcome, then match signed agreements back to the campaign.
Should we price per user, per device or as a flat retainer?
Per user suits offices where each person has a laptop, a phone and a mailbox. Per device suits factories with shared machines on the floor. A flat retainer hides the link between headcount and effort, so it gets renegotiated every time the client grows. Whichever you pick, write down what one user includes.
How do we justify the fee in a year when nothing broke?
Show the work that kept it quiet. A one-page record of patches applied, backups tested, accounts closed for leavers and risks still open answers the question before the finance head asks it. Send it ahead of the renewal, not with the invoice.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after the audit, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
Fixes to reply time, follow-up and your Google Business Profile are the quickest to show, because the enquiries already exist. Ads can follow soon after follow-up is in place. SEO and content take longer. How long each takes depends on your business, and the audit tells you which applies to you. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you meet on the audit call. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
For the audit, last month's enquiries in any format and 90 minutes with whoever handles them. After that, access to the accounts the work touches, such as the website, Google Business Profile or CRM, and time for the review meetings.
