Manufacturing · Paper & Printing

We print on things that are not paper, and no one knows to look for us.

The buyer here is a factory with a product that needs a marking, a panel or a printed surface. They search by the surface and the method, screen printing on plastic, pad printing, laser marking, and they judge a printer on whether the print will last on that surface.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

Printing staff inspect colour proofs, paper products and labels

In one paragraph

Industrial printing is printing on surfaces other than paper, such as plastic, metal, glass, wood, film and finished products, for nameplates, dials, control panels, packaging and marking. GullySales helps the printer be found by the manufacturers who need their product marked, and follows each trial through to a repeat order.

Who it is for

This is written for you if industrial printing is what you make or sell.

  • Screen printers working on plastic, glass, metal and control panels
  • Pad printers marking small moulded parts and promotional items
  • Makers of nameplates, dials and membrane switch overlays
  • Printers marking components and finished products for other manufacturers

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • A shop that cannot test print durability and has no way to show it.
  • A printer wanting only paper jobs.

How buyers choose

What decides the sale of industrial printing.

  1. Surface and ink compatibility

The buyer's first question is whether your ink holds on their material. A sample on their own part answers it.

  2. Durability tests

Rubbing, solvent and heat resistance matter on an appliance panel or a tool. The buyer defines the test, and you say which you can run.

  3. Registration and repeatability

Parts printed over months must look the same. Fixtures and set-up records show that you can repeat.

  4. Tooling cost for screens and pads

Screens, clichés and fixtures are made per job. The buyer asks who owns them and what a reorder costs.

Where orders are lost

What usually goes wrong when you sell industrial printing.

In the words owners use on the first call.

  • “OEMs do not find us”

Search for the surface and method. A page for pad printing on plastic parts reaches the moulder who needs it.

  • “Every enquiry needs a trial before a quote”

A trial print costs time. Ask for the part, the drawing and the quantity first and log every trial with its result.

  • “A customer's moulder changes the plastic and our ink fails”

Record the material and ink for each job and ask customers to tell you about material changes.

What we do

What you get for industrial printing.

Each deliverable and what it is there to change.

  1. A surface and ink guide

Tells a buyer what you print on and with what, so unsuitable enquiries drop away.

  2. A trial print log

Records the part, ink, result and follow-up.

  3. An enquiry form that asks for the part

Collects the material, drawing, quantity and test needs.

  4. A prospect list by part type

Names the firms that mould or make parts needing marking.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries with a part or drawing
  • Trial prints requested
  • Quotations followed up
  • Trial orders won
  • Repeat orders
  • Jobs repeated on same tooling

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

What we need from you

What to have ready before we talk.

None of it has to be tidy. We read what you have.

  • Methods you offer: screen, pad, digital, laser
  • Materials and inks you have used
  • Durability tests you can run
  • Photographs of finished printed parts
  • Past trial prints and outcomes

Export and new regions

Selling industrial printing beyond your home market.

Where you sell decides standards, documents, payment terms and freight. We work from Bengaluru and have no overseas office, so for a new region we start from your own enquiries, your existing buyers and the directories you already use.

  1. Overseas manufacturers needing marked parts

Foreign appliance and equipment makers outsource printed panels and marked parts. Start with the export customers whose parts you already mark.

  2. Tooling and sample dispatch

Screens and fixtures stay with you; agree who owns them and how samples travel.

FAQ

Questions about selling industrial printing.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How do we show print durability online?
Describe the tests you run and show results on sample parts. A buyer who sees a test-rub sample trusts it more than a claim.
Who pays for trial prints?
Settle it before you start. Many printers charge for setup and credit it against the first order.
Should industrial printing share a page with commercial printing?
No. The buyer, the surface and the tests differ, and one page lets neither buyer find what they need.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on what is being changed and how many of the people who matter see it. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever the work touches, such as your profiles, your website or your accounts, and time with the people who can answer our questions.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Engagement options

Ways to work with us.

Pick the size of commitment that fits. Every option starts with your brief and a conversation.

  1. Option 1

    The conversation on its own

A call after you send your brief. It says honestly whether you need outside help, and many fixes are ones your own team can make.

  2. Option 2

    One fix, scoped

Start with the fix that matters most, such as reply time or follow-up. The fee is in writing before anything starts.

  3. Option 3

    An ongoing programme

We run the work, report against the baseline, and you renew on the numbers. The term and the reporting are agreed in writing first.

  4. Option 4

Guidance for your own team or agency

We plan, brief and check the work of your in-house team or current agency, instead of replacing them.
