PCB manufacturers · Website

Build a site that states your capability in text and takes the Gerber files properly.

A website for a PCB fab is the place an engineer checks capability before sending files, so it must state what the factory builds and how to ask for a quote. GullySales designs and builds the pages, the RFQ form and the document area.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For PCB manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A single page about PCBs hides your range”

If the site says only that the company makes printed circuit boards, an engineer cannot tell whether the fab handles multilayer, metal-core or flexible work. The visitor leaves or sends a simple request.

  • “The RFQ form decides the quality of enquiries”

A plain contact form brings vague messages. A form asking for layers, material, finish, quantity and a file upload brings enquiries your CAM engineer can start on.

  • “Certificates and process pictures build trust”

A buyer verifying a new fab looks for certifications, equipment and inspection steps. Showing these with confirmed facts answers questions before the first call.

  • “A slow or broken site on a phone loses the visit”

Engineers and buyers open links on a phone between meetings. A page that loads badly or hides the form on a small screen loses the visitor before the first look.

What we do

What we deliver for PCB manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Capability page structure

A page for each board family with layers, materials, finishes and limits, each value confirmed by the factory.

Result: Engineers can check a limit without calling.

  2. RFQ form and file upload

A form with the questions CAM needs and a safe way to send Gerbers.

Result: Enquiries arrive ready to review.

  3. Quality and certification area

A page for approvals, equipment and inspection steps, using only what the fab holds.

Result: A buyer can verify the basics.

  4. Mobile and speed check

A review of how pages work on a phone and how long they take to open.

Result: The site works where buyers read it.

  5. Analytics and form tracking

Tracking set up so each RFQ is traced to the page that produced it.

Result: You can see which pages bring enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these PCB manufacturers.

  • Single-sided and double-sided board makers for consumer and appliance electronics
  • Multilayer and HDI board fabs for industrial and telecom electronics
  • Aluminium and metal-core board makers for LED lighting and power electronics
  • Flexible and rigid-flex circuit makers
  • Quick-turn prototype fabs serving startups and R&D labs
  • High-volume fabs working for automotive and EV electronics
  • Fabs supplying defence, aerospace and medical device electronics
  • Captive board shops inside larger electronics groups opening to outside work

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a new site or can the old one be fixed?
It depends on the structure and the platform. If the pages can hold text capability and a proper form, we improve what exists. If not, a rebuild is cleaner.
Should the site show prices?
Showing a price does little for a made-to-file product, since the price depends on the Gerbers. Show process, capability and how to ask for a quote. We help decide what to show.
Who supplies the technical content?
Your CAM and quality teams confirm the facts, and we write them into clear pages. Nothing goes live until your engineers have checked the numbers.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
