Get the Gerber files in front of your factory before the buyer picks another fab.
A design engineer in Peenya finishes a board on Friday evening and sends the Gerbers to four fabs. Two reply with a price before Monday, one asks a question about the stack-up, and one never replies. The engineer sends the order to the fab that answered with a number and a clear delivery date.
Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

In one paragraph
A PCB manufacturer makes bare printed circuit boards from the Gerber files an electronics maker sends, in single-sided, double-sided, multilayer, metal-core or flexible forms. Marketing gets design engineers and EMS buyers to send you files. Sales turns each RFQ into a priced quote and a repeat order. GullySales builds the capability pages and the RFQ follow-up.
Your fab is judged on that first reply. The factory may run good multilayer lines, but if the website says only "PCB manufacturer, since 2004", the buyer cannot tell if you make 12 layers, aluminium boards or just double-sided. The enquiries that arrive are then price checks from people who have not read what you can do.

How buyers decide
How PCB manufacturers are chosen.
Prototype and small lots are chosen in a day. The engineer uploads or mails Gerbers, compares price and quoted days, and the first reply carries a lot of weight. A fab that asks about drill sizes, copper weight or surface finish looks more reliable than one that only quotes.
Volume work is a purchase decision with several people in it. The OEM's sourcing team asks for a capability sheet, a sample lot, test reports and, for a large lot, a plant visit, and the design team checks that your minimum track, spacing and via sizes match the board. Quality approval is slow, and a fab already approved by one customer in the same segment is trusted faster.
EMS companies buy differently again. They want one fab that quotes quickly, handles the panelisation questions and does not stall their assembly line. For them the repeat order matters more than the first price.
The problem
What usually goes wrong for PCB manufacturers.
What owners tell us on the first call, in their words.
“We get Gerbers by email and the quote goes out two days later”
The sales person waits for the CAM engineer, the CAM engineer waits for the stack-up question, and the buyer has already ordered elsewhere.
“Buyers think we only make simple boards”
Your lines handle multilayer and metal-core work, but the website lists one line about PCBs, so enquiries are for the cheapest double-sided boards.
“Prototype customers never come back for production”
A startup orders ten boards, the boards work, and the production lot goes to an assembler's preferred fab because nobody stayed in touch.
“IndiaMART enquiries are mostly students and hobbyists”
The team spends hours quoting for one board for a college project while a real RFQ from an OEM waits in the same inbox.
“A customer audit found us without the documents ready”
Test reports, material certificates and process records were in several folders, and the audit visit went badly because nobody could find them in time.
“Our best repeat customer is also our price benchmark”
One OEM sends the same board every few months and uses the last price to push the next one down, and no other customer is large enough to balance it.
What we do
What we do for PCB manufacturers.
Everything included for PCB manufacturers.
Capability page with the real numbers
One page listing layers, minimum track and spacing, via sizes, copper weights, board thickness, surface finishes and materials, with the machines behind each. Only figures your factory confirms go on it.
RFQ intake that asks the CAM questions
A short form and a WhatsApp number that collect Gerbers, quantity, layer count, finish and delivery need, and flag missing details before the quote starts.
Quote follow-up record
Every quote logged with the engineer, the board and the price, and a follow-up date set before the quote leaves.
Prototype-to-production path
A record for each prototype customer, with the product, the expected volume and the design stage that would lead to a production order.
Quality document pack
Certificates, process records and sample reports kept in one maintained set for customer audits and vendor registration.
Enquiry sorting for IndiaMART and the website
A filter that separates OEM and EMS RFQs from student and hobby requests, with a short standard reply for the second group.
RFQ-to-order sheet
RFQs, quotes, orders and repeat customers in one sheet, so each order can be followed back to the Gerber file and channel it came from.
How the result is measured
- RFQs from OEMs, EMS firms, startups and students
- Quotes sent against quotes won, prototype and production apart
- Prototype customers who placed a production lot
- Repeat boards by customer
- Time from Gerber receipt to quote going out
- IndiaMART RFQs that became orders
Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Worth a page and a campaign of their own
Multilayer boards for industrial controllers · Metal-core boards for LED and power supplies · Prototype and quick-turn orders from startups · Flex and rigid-flex boards for compact devices · HDI boards for telecom and networking equipment · Automotive and EV board qualification · Panelised volume lots for EMS companies · Board sets for defence and aerospace programmes
Priority campaigns
Campaigns for what PCB manufacturers most want to sell.
Each one planned around when your buyers decide, and measured against the baseline.
Startup prototype campaign
Search advertising and content aimed at hardware startups and R&D labs who need a few boards quickly, with a landing page that shows the order process.
EMS and OEM approval campaign
A capability sheet, sample board offer and direct outreach to sourcing heads at electronics makers in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and the Delhi region.
Metal-core board campaign for lighting makers
Product page, sample offer and outreach to LED luminaire and driver makers who buy aluminium boards in bulk.
Flex circuit awareness campaign
Application notes and a sample request for wearable, medical and compact device designers who need flex or rigid-flex.
Repeat customer retention campaign
A list of customers with recurring boards, with the last price, the usual lot size and who to call before the next lot is due.
Beyond search
Where we reach buyers of PCB manufacturers, beyond Google.
Search matters, but it is rarely the only way this industry's buyers find a supplier.
Electronics design engineers and R&D teams
The page and sample offer an engineer looks for when choosing a fab for a new design.
EMS and contract manufacturers
A capability pack and a quote routine for companies that place board orders on behalf of many end customers.
Sourcing and purchase heads at OEMs
Adding a new fab means a capability sheet, sample lot and test reports; a record shows which OEM has reached which of those steps.
LED, power and EV electronics makers
Product pages for metal-core and high-current boards, with outreach to the makers who buy them.
Startup and hardware communities
A visible presence in incubators and maker groups, where first prototype boards are ordered.

Not for
It is not the right fit if.
- You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
- You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
- You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.
How it works
From your first message to the first report.
No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.
First
Your brief
You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.
After the brief
A conversation and a written scope
We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.
Before work starts
Baseline recorded
The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.
After the baseline
The first fix goes live
The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.
As agreed
Report against the baseline
What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.
At renewal
Renew on the numbers
The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.
How the work runs for PCB manufacturers
- 1
Open last year's RFQ folder
Gerber mails and IndiaMART leads, split into prototype and production, show how long each quote took and which became boards.
- 2
Stop files waiting for the CAM engineer
An intake form asks the stack-up, finish and quantity questions first, and the quote tracker puts a name against every file.
- 3
Replace one line about PCBs with the real specification
Layers, track and spacing, via sizes and materials go on a page only after the factory confirms each number.
- 4
Decide who to chase: startups, EMS or sourcing heads
Prototype buyers come through search; EMS companies and OEM sourcing heads need a pack and a sample board.
- 5
Follow prototype buyers to their production lot
Each startup's product and design stage is noted, so the production order is not left to the assembler's preferred fab.

HOPO Hardware
- Situation
- There was no website or online platform of any kind, so nothing showed the products, their features or their technical specifications. A dealer who wanted a specification had to ask for it every time.
- What we did
- Website and product catalogue
- Logo and colour palette
- Printed stationery
- Social accounts opened
- Result
- No numbers were recorded for this engagement. The work is described in full in the case study.

Why us
Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.
Marketing and sales, as one job
Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.
The person on the first call does the work
No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.
A baseline before anything starts
Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.
The fee in writing, split three ways
Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.
No guarantees we cannot keep
The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.
