Plastic recycling companies · Website

Build a site where a moulder finds grades and a supplier finds your buying terms.

A website for a plastic recycler is a working document: grade pages, lot sheet examples, plant photographs, buying terms and a clear way to ask for a sample or offer scrap. GullySales plans and writes it around what buyers and suppliers check before they pick up the phone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For plastic recycling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The first visit is a quiet inspection”

A purchase head opens the site before calling, looking for the grade, the colour, the location and a sign that the plant is real. Missing any of these, they close the tab.

  • “Suppliers need a different front door”

An aggregator looking to sell bales wants to see what you buy, how you pay and whom to call. A page for them, linked from the home page, stops them reading a buyer-facing site for clues.

  • “Photographs carry weight”

A clear picture of the washing line, the test bench and a sealed lot builds more confidence than a page of adjectives. Dark, cluttered shots of waste do the opposite.

  • “A form must suit the task”

A sample request needs polymer, colour, machine and quantity. A supplier form needs the type of scrap and the location. One generic contact form gets neither right.

What we do

What we deliver for plastic recycling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A site map built around grades and roles

Pages for each material, a buyer route, a supplier route and a producer information area.

Result: Each visitor has a clear path from the home page.

  2. Grade pages with lot sheet examples

Written pages showing what you sell, how it is made and the sheet a buyer would receive.

Result: A moulder sees a sample sheet before asking.

  3. A supplier page

A page stating what scrap you buy, how it is graded and weighed, and how and when you pay.

Result: Suppliers have their own page and form.

  4. Plant and process pages

Photographs and short text on sorting, washing, drying and testing, with the visit arrangement.

Result: Visitors see how the plant works before they come.

  5. Forms linked to your records

Sample and supply forms that send each enquiry to the right person and the CRM.

Result: No form submission lands in an unread inbox.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these plastic recycling companies.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

Your brief

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need an online catalogue with prices?
Not necessarily. Rates move with the market, so some plants prefer to show grades and ask for a quote. If you do show prices, add a date and say they are indicative until confirmed.
Can the site work on a phone?
It must. Buyers and aggregators open it on a mobile between other tasks. We design every page to read well on a small screen and test it before launch.
What should be on the home page?
Say what you recycle, which grades you sell, where you are, and give two clear routes: one for buyers and one for suppliers. Add a photograph of the plant and a way to call or message.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
