Building and construction material manufacturers · Search engine optimisation

The site engineer searches for a product and a town, and rings the first number he trusts.

Search engine optimisation for a building material manufacturer means a page for each product with the grade and test report on it, and a page for each town you supply. GullySales writes those pages and keeps the specification where an engineer can check it.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

For building and construction material manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search is a product, a size and a place”

AAC block 200mm near Hosur or paver block supplier in Mysuru. A single products page cannot answer both.

  • “The specification sits in a PDF nobody indexes”

The data sheet is a scanned brochure, so neither the engineer nor the search engine can read it.

  • “Dealers rank above the factory”

A trading portal with your product's name sits above your own site, and the buyer rings the middleman.

What we do

What we deliver for building and construction material manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page per product with grade and sizes

Size table, strength, density where relevant, test report and the standard mark, for each product, in text and not only in a download.

Result: An engineer can check you without ringing.

  2. Pages for each town in your delivery radius

A page for each town or industrial area you supply, with the products, the dispatch point and how a quotation is built for that site.

Result: A buyer in a new town finds a supplier who comes there.

  3. An application page for each use

Compound walls, partition walls, paving, slabs and basements, each with the product that suits it and how to order.

Result: The search for a use ends at your product.

  4. A rate guidance page

What makes the rate move: grade, size, quantity, distance, unloading, and what a quotation always states.

Result: The rate question arrives with context.

  5. Project photographs on product pages

Finished work, with the site's permission and the quantity supplied, on the page for the product used.

Result: A buyer sees the product in a wall.

  6. Enquiries reported by page

Which product page and which town page brought which enquiry, compared with the position before the work started.

Result: You learn which product to build out next.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Searches your buyers type

What a site engineer or purchase manager types before ringing a supplier, and the page that answers it.

AAC block manufacturer near me
A product page for each block size you make. Give dimensions, density and compressive strength with the test report, the dispatch plant, and how a quotation is built from quantity and distance.
paver block supplier for a layout or industrial road
A page per paver type and thickness, with the load class it suits, colours, laying sample photographs and the area it takes to fill a truck. Add a request-a-sample form.
ready mix concrete M25 price in a named town
A town page. List the grades you batch, the plants nearest that town, the transit mixer reach, and what the rate depends on. Do not post a fixed rate you cannot hold.
tile adhesive vs cement mortar for large format tiles
A guidance page from your technical team, naming your product for each tile type and surface and giving the coverage the maker states. Link to the product page and the data sheet.
waterproofing chemical for terrace or basement
An application page for each surface. State what the product does, the surface preparation, the cure time the maker gives and the site conditions it is not meant for.
building material dealer or distributor enquiry
A dealer page for traders. Say which regions are open, the margin and credit terms you discuss in person, and the documents a new dealer must send before the first order.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the search engine optimisation work runs

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should we put rates on the website?
Put the factors that decide the rate and a way to request one. A fixed rate goes stale with the next price change in cement or fuel. If a buyer wants the number, a quotation form that asks quantity and site town gives him one.
Do we need pages for every district?
Only for the towns you can serve and want to win. A page for a town beyond your freight limit brings enquiries you will lose on transport. Start with the towns nearest each plant and add more as dealers open.
Who owns the website and its content?
You should, with the domain in your company's name and the logins held by the management. Ask any agency to confirm in writing that the site and its text are yours to take elsewhere.
Is a blog useful for a block or tile maker?
A few answers to real site questions are useful: how to lay a wall, how to choose a grade, how to store material. A daily blog is not. Write what your technical staff are asked on the phone and put it where it can be found.
Everyone asks for the rate on the phone. What do we say?
Give the rate with what it covers: grade, size, GST, freight, unloading and the minimum quantity. A caller who hears one number compares it with a rate that left things out. Naming what is included is what keeps you in the comparison.
Should we sell direct to builders or only through dealers?
That depends on your channel agreements and your plant. Many manufacturers serve large projects directly and everything smaller through dealers. Decide a rule, tell your dealers, and record which enquiries went where, so nobody feels undercut.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
