Furniture manufacturers · Video marketing

Show how the modular kitchen assembles, not just how it looks finished.

Video marketing for a furniture manufacturer means filming assembly, material quality and finished installations. Furniture buyers researching a significant purchase want to see how a piece is built and how it looks in a real space, not just a static photo. GullySales plans this content around your production process and completed projects.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What video marketing means

Video marketing is using short videos, such as a product demonstration or a customer walkthrough, to explain your business on social media, your website and Google listings. GullySales scripts, shoots and edits these videos around the questions buyers ask before they visit or call.

For furniture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Assembly and construction footage builds trust in quality”

A short video showing joinery, hardware and finish being applied answers the quality question a static photo cannot, especially for higher-priced modular and custom pieces.

  • “Walkthroughs of completed installations”

A video walkthrough of a finished office fit-out or hotel furniture contract gives a tender evaluator a far clearer sense of scale and finish. A written proposal alone cannot do that.

  • “Dealer training videos”

A short video explaining a new product line's features helps a dealer's own sales staff pitch it correctly. Relying on a printed sheet nobody reads closely does not work as well.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Assembly and joinery footage for higher-priced ranges

Short videos showing hardware, joinery and finish being applied, aimed at modular and custom pieces where buyers ask about quality.

Result: The quality question gets answered before a buyer has to ask it.

  2. A walkthrough video for each major installation

A filmed walkthrough of a finished office fit-out or hotel contract, giving scale and finish detail a written proposal cannot.

Result: A tender evaluator gets a clearer sense of your work than a document alone gives.

  3. A short training video per new product line

A video explaining a new range's features for a dealer's own sales staff to use when pitching it.

Result: A dealer's staff can pitch a new line correctly without guessing.

  4. A video library organised by product type

Assembly, walkthrough and training videos organised so the right one can be found and shared quickly.

Result: The right video is a search away instead of buried in old files.

How the result is measured

  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Enquiries traced to video

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Videos worth making

Film the joinery, the board and the finished room that dealers and office buyers ask about.

Solid wood and engineered board, side by side
Show the cut edge of both, and name the board, the laminate or veneer and the hardware brand. Put it on each product page and send it when a buyer asks what the desk is made of.
A new range briefing for dealers
Your product manager walks through the new sofa or wardrobe range, its finishes and product codes. Share it in the dealer WhatsApp group with a link to order a display sample.
The factory floor for a corporate buyer
Show CNC cutting, edge banding and the quality check before dispatch. Send it to an office admin or procurement team ahead of a tender, in place of asking them to visit the unit.
A modular kitchen going in
Set a phone on a tripod in a customer's kitchen and record cabinets, shutters and countertop going in, with the owner's permission. Post the time-lapse on YouTube and Instagram with the city named.
A dealer showroom with your range
Film a dealer's showroom with your pieces on display and the dealer saying where to find them. Post it from your page and theirs, so a nearby buyer knows where to walk in.
Assembly and care, on a QR code
A plain video on assembling a bed or cleaning a fabric sofa, linked from a QR code on the packing slip. It saves the dealer a call and shows the buyer the brand stays with them.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the video marketing work runs

  1. 1

    Plan the distribution

We agree exactly where each video will live before booking a single shoot.

  2. 2

    Script and shot list

A short script or shot list is prepared so the day of filming has a clear purpose.

  3. 3

    Film on location

Filming happens at your premises, scheduled to minimise disruption to your working day.

  4. 4

    Edit for each platform

Footage is cut into the formats agreed at the planning stage, not a single version stretched to fit everywhere.

  5. 5

    Publish and track

Videos go live where planned, with views and enquiries tracked from that point.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need professional video equipment?
A well-lit phone video of an actual installation performs better than a polished but generic stock-style video, so equipment matters less than showing real work.
Where should these videos be used?
On product pages, in tender proposals and shared directly with dealers, not only posted on social media.
Should we show prices in our product videos?
Usually not if you sell through dealers. A price on a video undercuts the dealer who sets local pricing, and it goes out of date when board and hardware costs change. Show the material and finish, then end with where to buy or how to ask for the dealer price list.
Who owns a video we film at a client's home or office?
Agree it in writing before filming. The furniture is yours, but the room, the people and any branding belong to the client. A short permission note naming where the video will appear, and whether the address or company name can be shown, avoids a takedown request later.
Do we need to market to dealers and to consumers differently?
Yes. A dealer decides on margin and whether your trucks arrive on time, so he needs a rep and a margin sheet. A consumer decides on material and finish, so she needs a catalogue page that answers those plainly.
How do we win a corporate furniture tender?
A prompt, complete proposal with a sample piece and a past project reference usually matters more than being the lowest quote. Buyers are wary of a cheap quote that cannot deliver on time.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
