GullySales

Furniture manufacturers · Website

Give the dealer a margin sheet and the corporate buyer a tender-ready page.

A furniture manufacturer's website needs to serve three different visitors. A dealer wants to stock the catalogue, a direct buyer compares material and price, and a corporate buyer is researching for a tender. GullySales builds sites with a clear path for each, rather than one generic homepage trying to serve all three.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For furniture manufacturers

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A dealer enquiry path separate from the consumer catalogue”

A prospective dealer needs a clear become a dealer page with margin and terms information, distinct from the browsing experience built for a direct consumer.

  • “Category pages built for comparison shopping”

A buyer comparing modular kitchens or office furniture across manufacturers needs material, price range and finish options visible without digging through a PDF catalogue.

  • “A tender-ready project and reference section”

A dedicated section showing past corporate and hospitality installations, with scale and finish described, gives a tender evaluator a reason to shortlist the site. No phone call is needed first.

What we do

What we deliver for furniture manufacturers.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A dealer section separate from the catalogue

A dedicated path with margin and terms information for a prospective dealer, kept apart from the consumer browsing experience.

Result: A prospective dealer finds what they need without wading through consumer content.

  2. Category pages built for side-by-side comparison

Material, price range and finish shown clearly for modular kitchens and office furniture, without requiring a PDF download.

Result: A buyer can compare your range to a competitor's without leaving the site.

  3. A tender-ready project and reference section

A section listing past corporate and hospitality installations with scale and finish described, built for a tender evaluator to review.

Result: A tender evaluator can shortlist you without a phone call first.

  4. A showroom locator for nearby buyers

A page listing dealer showroom locations and stock, for a buyer who wants to see and touch a piece before ordering.

Result: A buyer finds the nearest place to see your furniture in person.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

What the page must show

What a furniture manufacturer's website must show before a dealer or a buyer enquires.

The wood or board, named and graded
Say whether a piece is solid sheesham, engineered wood, MDF or plywood, and name the grade and thickness. The material question comes before the price for an office buyer.
Finishes, laminates and fabrics with swatches
Show the laminate, veneer, PU or fabric options as real swatches photographed in daylight. A buyer picking a finish from a screen needs to know how close it is.
Dealer terms in one place
List what a dealer gets: price list, display unit, catalogue, credit terms and how a warranty claim is handled. Give a form that asks for the town, the shop size and brands already stocked.
Warranty and who handles the claim
State what the warranty covers, how long, and whether the dealer or the factory attends to a fault. A buyer and a dealer both ask where to go when a hinge fails.
Installations with scale and location
Show offices, hotels or hostels you have furnished with the number of workstations or rooms, the city and the finish. A tender evaluator checks that you have supplied at this size.
The factory and what it can make in volume
Photograph the cutting, edge banding and finishing lines, and give the minimum order for bulk work. Say whether buyers may visit the plant.

Not for

It is not the right fit if.

  • You want a guaranteed Google ranking or a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise either.
  • You need enquiries by next week and have nobody to answer them.
  • You want posts and reach reported, not enquiries and orders.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

Enquiries by source, reply time, conversion and cost per order, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is reply time, a follow-up sequence, the page buyers land on or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need e-commerce for furniture sales?
Rarely for large pieces like sofas or modular kitchens, since these are usually bought after a showroom visit. Smaller accessories or outdoor furniture can suit an online store better.
How long does a rebuild take?
Six to ten weeks typically, covering separate sections for dealers, consumer categories and corporate project references.
If we sell through dealers, should the website show retail prices?
Usually show a price range or 'from' price and send buyers to the nearest dealer, so you do not undercut the network. Put the exact dealer price list behind a login. If you also sell direct, tell your dealers first and keep the prices the same.
Should the factory address be on the website?
Give it to dealers and bulk buyers, who need to visit, and send retail buyers to a showroom page. A map pin for the factory brings walk-in customers who ask for factory prices, which unsettles dealers. Decide this before the page goes live.
Do we need to market to dealers and to consumers differently?
Yes. A dealer decides on margin and whether your trucks arrive on time, so he needs a rep and a margin sheet. A consumer decides on material and finish, so she needs a catalogue page that answers those plainly.
How do we win a corporate furniture tender?
A prompt, complete proposal with a sample piece and a past project reference usually matters more than being the lowest quote. Buyers are wary of a cheap quote that cannot deliver on time.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
