Industry clusters · Social media

Show the town at work, so a buyer scrolling past meets the cluster before a unit.

Social media marketing for an industry cluster means posting from the workshops, the common facility centre and the fairs under one name, so buyers and the next generation of makers follow the town. GullySales sets up the cluster's accounts, a posting plan from real shop-floor material and rules for what units may share.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For industry clusters

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Process footage sells to a trader better than a finished photo”

A buyer sees a lathe turning a part or a loom setting up a pattern and understands the skill. Short clips from named workshops, shot with the owner's permission, show capacity in a way a catalogue cannot.

  • “One account with ten voices confuses followers”

When every unit posts to the cluster page in its own style, followers see a noticeboard. A small set of post types, such as a workshop visit, a fair stall or a certificate, keeps the account readable.

  • “The younger family members already use these apps”

The owner's son or daughter posts to a personal account and knows the platforms. Giving them a brief for the cluster account puts that habit to work for the town.

  • “A sample posted without a source invites copying”

A design shown in full can be taken by a rival unit or another cluster. The posting rule decides what is shown in detail, what is shown in part, and which items are kept for buyers who ask.

What we do

What we deliver for industry clusters.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Cluster account set-up

Accounts for the cluster on the platforms its buyers use, with one name, one description and a link to the cluster page.

Result: Accounts that carry the same name and link everywhere.

  2. Post types and sample calendar

A short list of repeatable posts, such as workshop visit, product spotlight, fair stall and certificate, with a sample calendar.

Result: A calendar the cluster body can follow without inventing posts each time.

  3. Photograph and clip brief

A one-page guide for units on shooting a product and a process, with framing, light and consent for people in frame.

Result: A brief a unit owner or a family member can use on a phone.

  4. Sharing rules for units

A rule on which units may tag the cluster, how the cluster mark may appear and what a post may not claim.

Result: A rule sheet the units sign or acknowledge.

  5. Enquiry handling from social

A path for messages and comments to reach the cluster desk and be logged.

Result: Every social enquiry appears in the same log as a call or a form.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the social media work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Which platform should the cluster start with?
The one where its buyers already are. A cluster selling to traders may start on a professional network and a video platform, while a craft cluster selling to consumers may start on a photo platform. We ask where recent enquiries came from first.
Who runs the account when the cluster body has no staff?
A named person is picked, such as a younger member or the desk coordinator, and given the brief. We set up the process, and the cluster body decides who holds the passwords.
Can units post the cluster's mark on their own pages?
Only under the sharing rule. The rule says who may use the mark and for what, so a unit that falls short of the quality sheet does not carry the town's name.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
