Industry clusters · Website

Build one site that introduces the cluster, lists its units and takes the enquiry.

A website for an industry cluster is a shared home for the cluster profile, product pages, unit directory and enquiry form, under the cluster's own name. GullySales plans the pages, writes them from the cluster's own records and sets up the form so each enquiry reaches the desk.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For industry clusters

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “A buyer looks for the cluster, not for a brochure”

The first visit has to say what the town makes, who makes it and how to ask. A home page that opens with a message from the president says none of that.

  • “The directory is the page buyers return to”

A traders' list of verified units, with products, machines and certificates, is the page a vendor team will save. Each entry follows the same fields, so a buyer can compare units without guesswork.

  • “The enquiry form decides whether the site earns”

A long form scares off a buyer on a phone. A short one asking for product, quantity, destination and a contact, with a click-to-chat option, gives the desk enough to route the enquiry.

  • “Units need a way to update their own entry”

A directory that is wrong about a unit's machines hurts the cluster. A simple route for a unit to send changes, with the body approving them, keeps entries current without handing every unit the keys.

What we do

What we deliver for industry clusters.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page plan

A map of the cluster's pages, from profile and product pages to directory, visit information and contact.

Result: A page list the cluster body approves before design.

  2. Cluster profile and product pages

Pages written from the cluster's records, with photographs from named workshops.

Result: Pages whose every fact the cluster body has confirmed.

  3. Unit directory

A directory with a standard entry for each unit, listing products, machines and certificates as the unit holds them.

Result: A directory in which every listed unit has an entry in the same format.

  4. Enquiry form and routing

A short form linked to the cluster's record, with an alert to the desk.

Result: Each form submission appears in the log with a reference.

  5. Visit and fair information

A page that tells buyers how to arrange a visit and which fairs the cluster will attend.

Result: A page the desk can update after each fair is confirmed.

  6. Editing guide

A short guide so the cluster body can change pages and approve unit updates without outside help.

Result: A guide the next coordinator can follow.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who owns the domain and the site?
The cluster body, under its own name. We set it up so the logins sit with the body and not with a vendor or an individual office-bearer, so the site survives a change of committee.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Yes. A cluster selling to local traders and overseas importers may need more than one. We start with the languages your buyers use and add others once the first pages are working.
Does the site need a payment gateway?
Not for a cluster that quotes, as orders are quoted and negotiated through the desk. A cluster that sells ready goods to consumers may want one later. Check payment and tax rules with your own adviser.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
