Meditation organizations · Digital marketing

Put the website, the map, the messages and the posts to work on one plan.

Digital marketing for a meditation organization is the combined use of the website, search, map listings, social pages and messaging to bring people to a course and keep them practising. GullySales works on how these parts connect, so each chapter does not rebuild them alone.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For meditation organizations

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each channel is run by a different volunteer”

One person keeps the website, another the Instagram page, a third the WhatsApp group. None of them sees how a person moves between the three, so the effort is spread without a shared aim.

  • “The organization has trust that channels waste”

Visitors arrive already inclined to believe the name. A cluttered page, a stale date or a slow reply spends that trust. The simplest gains come from fixing what a trusting visitor meets first.

  • “Online participants are never invited to the room”

Online courses reach people across the country, yet few are told about a centre near them or a retreat. The two audiences are kept apart by habit, and the join between them is where the next step is lost.

  • “Measures are counted where they are easy”

Followers and views are visible, so they get reported. Enquiries answered and seats filled are harder to see and matter more. A plan should report on the second kind.

What we do

What we deliver for meditation organizations.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A single plan across the channels

A short document naming what each channel is for, who looks after it and what it should bring.

Result: Each channel has a purpose and an owner.

  2. A page and a path for every course

A course page with a date, a form and a chat link, and the posts and listings that lead to it.

Result: A person can get from a post to a seat without a dead end.

  3. A bridge from online courses to local centres

A message to online participants about the centre nearest them and the next course on offer.

Result: Online participants hear of the in-person options.

  4. A short scorecard

A single sheet of enquiries received, replies sent, seats filled and people who took a next step.

Result: You read results that matter to the organization.

  5. A tidy-up of what is already online

A review of out-of-date pages, wrong listings and stale posts, with a list of what to remove or correct.

Result: A visitor meets only current information.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Where should we start?
With what a visitor meets first: the course page, the listing and the reply to an enquiry. Fix those before adding new channels or new campaigns.
Do we need an agency for everything?
No. A small team of volunteers can run a lot with the right templates and rota. We build the shared parts and train the chapters to run the rest.
Can digital marketing promise more participants?
No. It makes it easier for the right people to find a course and to get an answer. Whether they join depends on the method, the teacher and the timing, which are outside our control.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
