Advertising film studios · Search engine optimisation

Appear when a brand searches for the kind of film, not only when someone types your name.

SEO for an ad film studio makes the roster, the reels and the case sheets findable by producers and brand teams who search for a type of film or a director's style. GullySales works on page structure, film descriptions, director pages and the wording buyers actually type.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What search engine optimisation means

Search engine optimisation (SEO) is the work of getting your website to appear when a buyer searches Google for what you sell. GullySales builds pages around real search terms, fixes technical issues that block ranking, and tracks which searches actually bring enquiries.

For advertising film studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Agencies search names, brands search needs”

A producer who already knows a director types the name and the house. A founder with no agency types the kind of film wanted, such as a product film or a brand film. Two searches need two kinds of page, and one home page serves neither well.

  • “A reel inside a player is invisible text”

A page holding only an embedded video gives a search engine nothing to read. The film title, the idea, the format and the director's role must sit in words beside the player, or the work never appears for what it is.

  • “Director names are your strongest search term”

Creative heads search for a director they have seen. A page carrying the name, the style, the client sectors shot and the films answers that search. If the name sits only inside a reel title, another page can take the result.

  • “Some of your best work cannot be listed”

Client permission limits what goes public. Rank on the work that is cleared, described in full, and offer the private reel on request. A page of thin captions for restricted films adds nothing for a searcher.

What we do

What we deliver for advertising film studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Search wording map

A list of the phrases agencies and brands type, grouped by the kind of film: product film, brand film, corporate film, digital ad and regional-language ad.

Result: Every page on the site has a stated phrase it is meant to answer.

  2. Director page text

Written profiles for each director, with name, style, client sectors and cleared films set in words beside the reels.

Result: A search for a director's name with your studio shows that director's page.

  3. Film descriptions beside the player

Each cleared film given a title, the idea, the format, the production approach and the credits agreed with the client.

Result: No film page is a video with an empty space under it.

  4. Page set-up for video

Reels arranged to load after the text, with clear page titles and descriptions for each film and director.

Result: The text of a page appears on a phone before the video does.

  5. Search Console record

Google Search Console connected, with the searches that already bring visitors written down before any change is made.

Result: You hold a starting record to compare against later.

How the result is measured

  • Ranking positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from organic search

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the search engine optimisation work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit and baseline

We record where the site stands today: positions, traffic, technical faults and the enquiries search currently produces. Nothing starts until this number is written down.

  2. 2

    Decide what to rank for

We map the searches your buyers use, in your words and theirs, and pick the ones worth the effort for your margin and your capacity.

  3. 3

    Fix the foundations

Technical faults first, because the cheapest gains are usually there. Then the Business Profile and directory consistency.

  4. 4

    Build the pages

A page for each thing you do, written to answer the question it is searched for, with a clear next step at the end.

  5. 5

    Publish and earn mentions

Content goes out on the calendar. Links and mentions are earned from real relationships, not bought.

  6. 6

    Measure, report, adjust

At the interval agreed at the start we report what moved and what did not, and change the plan when the numbers say so.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Will SEO bring us agency work?
Agency work comes through people and past jobs. SEO supports it by making sure a producer who searches your director's name lands on a clean page. Direct brand briefs are where search does more of the finding.
Can we rank for ad film company in Mumbai?
Phrases with a city are crowded, and agency buyers rarely type them. Pages on the kind of film and on a director's style are a better use of effort. GullySales never promises a ranking.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
