Advertising film studios · Website

Build the site so a creative reaches a director's reel in one tap.

A website for an ad film studio is a director roster, a set of cleared films and a brief form that a producer can use on a phone between meetings. GullySales works on the director pages, the case sheets, the form and the permission register behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For advertising film studios

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The reel is the front door”

A producer opening your link wants to see work, not a mission statement. Placing a short reel and the roster above any description lets the visit begin where the decision is made.

  • “Creatives browse by director”

Pages by director, each with style, client sectors and films, match how creatives choose. A flat gallery of films without the director's name hides the very thing they came to find.

  • “Direct clients need a place to begin”

A brief form that asks for length, format, cast, locations and usage, beside a guide to what changes the cost, replaces the first call that exists only to ask basic questions.

  • “Private work needs a private route”

Some films cannot be public. A reel page protected by a password and sent by link on request lets a producer see them, while the public site shows only work the client has cleared.

What we do

What we deliver for advertising film studios.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Roster and director pages

One page per director with a reel, a note on style, client sectors shot and the cleared films.

Result: A creative can compare two directors without asking for a file.

  2. Case sheets by client sector

One-page sheets for finance, auto, food, education and other sectors you have worked in, each with the film and the idea.

Result: A buyer in a sector finds a film close to their own.

  3. Brief form with cost guide

A form for direct clients paired with a plain guide to what moves a quote, with no price shown.

Result: A direct brief arrives with the details a quote needs.

  4. Private reel page

A protected page for films not cleared for public use, shared by link with a named producer.

Result: Restricted work is seen only by those you send it to.

  5. Phone and loading checks

Pages tested on a phone connection, with the text showing before the video loads.

Result: The page is readable while the reel is still loading.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the site list prices?
No. Cost depends on length, cast, locations and usage. Explain what moves a quote and let the form carry the details. A headline figure invites comparison with films that are not like yours.
Where should the reels be hosted?
On a video host with a clean player, such as Vimeo or YouTube, embedded on the page with the film's details written beside it. Check the host's current rules on commercial use and privacy settings.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
