AgriTech startups · Website

Build a website that a farmer understands and a partner trusts in the same visit.

A website for an AgriTech startup is the page where a farmer learns how to start, a dealer checks the product and a partner decides whether to take a meeting. GullySales plans the structure, the language and the proof so each visitor finds their own path.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For AgriTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage speaks to investors only”

Language about scale and platforms reads well in a deck. A farmer arriving from a video needs to see the crop, the task and the first step in the first screen.

  • “Partners cannot find the proof”

A bank or company visitor looks for who else uses the product and what changed. If the result page is hidden or absent, the visit ends without a meeting request.

  • “The site is slow on a village phone”

A page full of large images on a weak connection does not load. The farmer leaves, and the business never sees the visit.

  • “One contact route for everyone”

A single form sends farmer queries and partner proposals to the same place. Both wait, and the partner sees a company that does not recognise a serious enquiry.

What we do

What we deliver for AgriTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Audience paths from the homepage

A homepage with clear routes for farmers, dealers and partners, each in plain words.

Result: Every visitor sees a path that matches their reason for coming.

  2. Local-language farmer pages

Pages on what the product does and how to start, in the farmer's language, light enough for a basic phone.

Result: A farmer can understand and begin from a phone.

  3. Partner proof section

Result pages, pilot design and a clear meeting request, using only figures from your records.

Result: A partner finds evidence and a next step.

  4. Separate contact routes

Different forms or numbers for farmers, dealers and partners, each reaching the right person.

Result: Each enquiry lands with someone who can answer it.

  5. Mobile speed and structure review

Images, fonts and page structure checked for weak connections and small screens.

Result: Pages open on a village connection.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a separate site for farmers?
One site with separate paths is simpler to run. If the audiences are very different, a separate farmer page or a WhatsApp-first route may serve better. Decide after seeing who visits.
Can you build the product app?
No. We plan and write the website and its marketing route around a product that exists. Development of the app itself is outside our work.
What should we show about our team?
Only real, verified details that you supply. Never include a claim, figure or person you cannot support.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
