Write the pages that answer a buyer's doubts before the call.

Content marketing for an AI startup means producing guides, samples and case notes that settle the doubts a cautious buyer has about a new vendor. GullySales plans and writes content around those doubts, then links it to the use-case pages.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For AI startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Buyers want limits as much as features”

A reader who has been burned by overstated tools looks for the sentence saying where a product fails. Content that states it plainly earns more trust than a page of benefits.

  • “Case notes are scarce and precious”

A young company has few finished deployments. One carefully written note, approved by the customer, with the task, the setup and what changed, does more than several vague claims.

  • “Security and data answers are content too”

The IT head reads the same site as the finance head. A page on storage, retention and model training, written in plain words, is a sales document that works while nobody is in the room.

What we do

What we deliver for AI startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A doubt-led content plan

A list of the questions buyers ask at each stage, turned into a plan for guides, pages and sample files.

Result: Each piece of content answers a question that has really been asked.

  2. Use-case guides

Plain guides explaining how a job is done now, where it breaks and how your product handles it.

Result: Searchers learn the job and meet your product while learning.

  3. A trust and data page

A page covering storage, access, retention and training, agreed with you line by line.

Result: Security questions are answered before the buyer has to ask.

  4. Case note template and first note

A format for recording task, setup and outcome, filled in for your first agreed customer.

Result: You hold one reusable proof document in your own words.

  5. Sales-ready sheets

One-page summaries of each use case for a buyer to forward to a colleague.

Result: The champion inside the buyer has something to circulate.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

How much content does an early AI startup need?
Enough to cover one use case end to end: a page, a sample, a guide, a trust page and one case note. Breadth can wait until one job is selling.
Can we publish accuracy figures?
Only if you can show the test behind them, including the data and method. Without that, describe what the product does on a sample and state its limits instead.
Who should review technical content?
Someone on your team who built the product, and the customer for any case note. We write for clarity, and your engineers confirm that every statement is true.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
