B2B SaaS startups · Website

Build a site that tells a stranger who it is for, what it does and what to do next.

A website for a B2B SaaS startup is the first place a referred or searching buyer checks, and it has to say who the product is for and how to start. GullySales works on the page structure, the pricing and security pages, and the demo request flow.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For B2B SaaS startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The homepage speaks to everyone and convinces no one”

A line such as 'one platform for modern teams' fits every product and describes none. A visitor needs to see the job, the type of company and the result in the first screen.

  • “Pricing hidden behind a call loses early-stage buyers”

A small-company owner who cannot find a price assumes it is too expensive and leaves. If exact prices cannot be shown, show what the price depends on and who it suits, so the buyer can self-qualify.

  • “Security and data questions arrive before the demo”

Finance and IT heads look for where data is stored, who can see it and how it can be exported. A plain page on this, linked from the footer and the pricing page, saves a round of emails.

  • “The demo form asks for too much or too little”

A form with ten fields loses visitors. A form with only an email gives the team nothing to prepare with. Company, role and the problem to solve in three fields gets the team ready.

What we do

What we deliver for B2B SaaS startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Homepage and positioning rewrite

Headline, sub-line and first-screen copy that name the buyer, the job and the next step.

Result: A visitor can say who the product is for after reading the first screen.

  2. Pricing page

A page that shows plans, what drives the price and who each plan suits, in rupees or dollars as you choose.

Result: A buyer can decide whether the product is within reach before booking a call.

  3. Security and trust page

Plain-language answers on data location, access, backups and export, plus any certifications you actually hold.

Result: Finance and IT contacts find their answers without asking.

  4. Demo request flow

A short form, a confirmation message and an automatic entry in the CRM with its source.

Result: Every request arrives with enough context to prepare for the call.

  5. Customer proof section

Logos, quotes and stories used only with written approval, placed beside the pages where a buyer hesitates.

Result: Each piece of proof is real and has the customer's permission on file.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

Who it is for

This is written for these B2B SaaS startups.

  • Early-stage SaaS selling to Indian SMEs and mid-market firms
  • Vertical SaaS for one trade, such as clinics, schools, dealers or builders
  • Developer tools and APIs sold to engineering teams
  • HR, payroll and compliance software for growing companies
  • Finance and accounting tools sold through CA firms
  • Indian-built SaaS selling to buyers in the US, UK or Middle East
  • Spin-offs from services firms that turned an internal tool into a product
  • Bootstrapped founders who have not raised and cannot hire a sales team yet

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

Your brief

Tell us what you need, and we will read it before we call.

Eight short steps about your business, what you want and who decides. Most questions are a tap, and you can skip any you would rather answer on the call.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a full redesign?
Not always. A rewrite of the homepage, pricing and demo flow on the existing site may fix the main problems. We review the current pages first and say what to change and what to keep.
Should the site be built as a single-page app?
The marketing pages should be readable by search engines as ordinary pages. The product can be a single-page app behind the login. We separate the two so the public site gets found.
Can we add a chatbot?
A chat widget helps only if a person answers in a reasonable time and the answer reaches the CRM. We would start with the demo form and a visible way to reach a named person, and add chat once someone is ready to staff it.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
