B2B SaaS startups · Social media

Make the founder's LinkedIn and your product's channels work as one sales channel.

Social media marketing for a B2B SaaS startup is mostly LinkedIn, plus a few communities where the buyer and the peers they trust are talking. GullySales plans the founder's posts and the company page, and sets a routine for reply and follow-up.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What social media means

Social media is the ongoing posting your business does on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to stay visible to customers and prospects between purchases. GullySales plans a posting calendar, writes captions and designs the images so the page looks active and answers what a visitor would ask.

For B2B SaaS startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The founder's profile outperforms the company page”

Buyers trust a person who describes a problem they recognise more than a brand announcing a feature. The company page works best as the place that backs up what the founder says with product facts and customer stories.

  • “Feature announcements get little attention outside your team”

A post that says a new filter has launched interests current users and nobody else. A post about the problem the filter removes, with a short story, reaches the buyer who does not yet know the product.

  • “Engagement without a follow-up routine is wasted”

When a prospect likes three posts or comments on one, that is a signal. If nobody sends a short, useful message afterwards, the signal fades. The routine is what turns a reaction into a conversation.

  • “Communities need participation before promotion”

Slack groups, founder circles and WhatsApp groups for finance, HR or operations people notice a stranger who only drops links. Answering questions for a while first earns permission to mention the product.

What we do

What we deliver for B2B SaaS startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Founder content plan

A set of post themes drawn from the founder's own calls, objections and opinions, each reviewed by the founder before it goes out.

Result: Posts sound like the founder and are about the buyer's problem.

  2. Company page set-up

Page description, featured links, pinned post and product visuals written for the buyer who has just been referred.

Result: A visitor from a post sees what the product does within seconds.

  3. Customer story format

A short, repeatable format for a customer to describe the problem, the switch and the outcome in their own words, with written approval.

Result: Every story used has the customer's consent on file.

  4. Engagement and follow-up routine

A written routine for who replies, who sends the follow-up message and where each conversation is logged.

Result: Every warm reaction ends in either a message or a logged decision to wait.

  5. Community participation plan

A list of the groups where your buyer already asks questions, with rules for how the team joins in.

Result: The team contributes before it promotes, and the group rules are respected.

How the result is measured

  • Posts published
  • Engagement rate
  • Enquiries from social profiles

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

  • Spin-offs from services firms that turned an internal tool into a product
  • Bootstrapped founders who have not raised and cannot hire a sales team yet

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the social media work runs

  1. 1

    Understand your audience and platforms

We identify which platforms your specific buyers actually use and what kind of content they respond to.

  2. 2

    Audit current presence

We review existing pages, past content performance and any gaps in consistency.

  3. 3

    Build the content calendar

A plan is created, balancing genuine value with occasional direct offers.

  4. 4

    Implement and post

Content is created and published consistently on the agreed schedule.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track enquiries alongside engagement and adjust the content mix based on what actually performs.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can the founder avoid posting personally?
A company page alone does not carry the trust a founder can. If the founder will not post, a product lead or customer success head with real knowledge can be the voice, and we help them write in their own words.
Do we run paid LinkedIn ads?
Paid ads need a clear audience and an offer worth clicking. We look at it after the organic posts show which messages get replies. Check the platform's current rules and costs before any spend is agreed.
How do we find out which posts matter?
Look at who engaged, not the raw count. A post read by ten people at target accounts is worth more than one read by a hundred strangers. We tag engaged accounts in the CRM so the sales conversation can start from them.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
