ClimateTech startups · Website

Build a site that answers a plant head's question before the first call.

A website for a ClimateTech startup is the place a plant head, a finance head and a consultant each check before they reply to you. GullySales works on page structure, pilot proof and the sizing form that turn a visit into a qualified enquiry.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For ClimateTech startups

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Visitors arrive with different questions”

The plant head looks for service and uptime, finance looks for payback, the sustainability lead looks for a reportable standard. A home page that talks only about the mission answers none of them. Give each visitor a clear route to their question.

  • “Describe the saving, then the technology”

Open each page with the problem and the result in the buyer's own units, then explain how it works. A page that starts with the architecture of the platform loses the reader before the part that matters to them.

  • “Proof must be visible without a call”

A named or described pilot, the method of measurement and the service arrangement should be on the page. A buyer who cannot find them will assume they do not exist, and move to a vendor who shows them.

  • “The form is part of the sales process”

A contact box that asks for a message produces vague enquiries. A short sizing form, with location, load and present cost, gives the founder what is needed to reply with a useful answer, and tells the buyer you are serious.

What we do

What we deliver for ClimateTech startups.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A page structure by buyer and problem

A map of pages for each industry and problem, plus pages for consultants, partners and investors.

Result: A visitor finds the page written for their situation.

  2. A pilot proof page

A plain write-up of the pilot, with method and period, shown with the host's permission or described without a name.

Result: A reference a buyer can read without asking.

  3. A sizing enquiry form

A short form for location, load or volume, cost and decision makers, with a note on what comes next.

Result: Enquiries arrive with the facts for a first reply.

  4. A partner page

A page for energy auditors, EPC firms and consultants explaining how your product fits their projects.

Result: Intermediaries have somewhere to send their clients.

  5. Technical and tracking basics

Mobile layout, page speed, titles, headings, analytics and form tracking set up and checked.

Result: The site loads well on a phone and records its enquiries.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

How many pages do we need?
Enough for each buyer and problem you actively sell into, and no more. A small, clear site with a strong pilot page beats a large one filled with general text. New pages are added as new industries open up.
Should we show pricing?
Not in full, because a quote depends on load and site. Show what drives the cost and what the sizing form needs. That helps the buyer prepare and keeps you out of an exact figure you cannot honour.
Can you work with our current site?
Yes, if it can be edited. We look at structure, content and tracking first and change what blocks buyers. A full rebuild is recommended only when the present site cannot support the pages you need.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
