Diagnostic franchise networks · Local SEO

Make each collection centre easy to find for someone who needs a test near home.

Local SEO for a diagnostic centre covers the Google Business Profile, the map listing and the centre page that decide whether a nearby patient finds and calls you. With several centres under one brand, consistency matters as much as presence. GullySales works on each centre's listing and the shared rules behind them.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For diagnostic franchise networks

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The map result is the front door”

A patient with a prescription searches 'blood test near me' and looks at the map pack first. The name, hours, phone number and photos on that listing decide the call. A centre with an unclaimed or out-of-date listing is invisible at that moment.

  • “Franchise naming creates confusion”

If one centre is listed as the brand name, another with a locality added and a third with the owner's name, patients and search engines cannot tell they are linked. A naming rule, set by head office, fixes this.

  • “Home collection needs an area, not an address”

A centre that sends collectors out should state the localities it covers. A listing that shows only a shop address leaves patients unsure whether home visits are offered.

  • “Reviews describe the whole journey”

A patient who waited for a report reviews the centre, even if the delay was at the reference lab. Replies must be polite and private-detail free, and the follow-up must be real. The review shows the next patient how complaints are treated.

What we do

What we deliver for diagnostic franchise networks.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A listing set-up sheet for centres

One sheet covering name format, listing type, hours, phone, services, photos and area, applied to every centre.

Result: Every centre listing follows the same naming and field rules.

  2. Home collection area statement

A clear line on each listing and centre page naming the localities served.

Result: A patient can see at once whether their locality is covered.

  3. A review reply guide

Wording for thanks, for delay complaints and for requests to contact the centre, with no patient detail disclosed.

Result: A named person at each centre owns replies.

  4. Centre pages tied to listings

Each Google listing links to its own centre page, with matching address and hours.

Result: Listing and page match on every field.

  5. A listing audit across the network

A table of every centre's listing with what is missing or inconsistent.

Result: The head office can see which centres need work.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the local SEO work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are recorded, and the branches falling behind come first in the next round of work.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should manage the listings, head office or the centre owner?
Head office should set the rules and the naming. The centre owner or a staff member should hold the login for hours and replies, because they know when the centre is open. We set up the split.
What if a centre's reports are delayed by the reference lab?
The review will still land on the centre. Reply politely, invite the patient to contact the centre and take the details offline. Then pass the delay to head office so the cause is seen.
Can we ask patients for reviews?
You may invite them in a neutral way. Do not offer any reward in return. Platform rules change, so check the platform's current rules and your own adviser's guidance on health advertising.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
