E-waste recycling companies · Digital marketing

Put the authorisation, the process and the pickup number where each buyer is already looking.

Digital marketing for an e-waste recycler is the combined use of search, listings, social posts, messaging and outreach to reach corporate, producer and household buyers. GullySales works on which channel suits which buyer and on one record that shows where each lot came from.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What digital marketing means

Digital marketing is the combined work of search, social media, advertising and website channels running together rather than as separate projects with separate people. GullySales runs these as one connected system so a change in one channel, such as a new offer, is reflected everywhere at once.

For e-waste recycling companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Each buyer lives in a different channel”

The IT head searches and reads LinkedIn, the household taps a map result and the producer receives a direct introduction. Spending equally across all channels pays for attention from buyers who will never arrive.

  • “Paid search is costly for a general term”

Broad searches for scrap or recycling draw sellers, students and collectors. Spend works better on narrow phrases such as office laptop disposal with certificate, once the page behind the advert states your authorisation.

  • “Channels without a record cannot be judged”

If every enquiry is noted as a phone call, nobody knows whether the listing, the website or an introduction sent it. The source field on the enquiry sheet is what makes any channel decision possible.

  • “The slow channels are the ones that last”

Repeat disposal from an earlier client and a standing arrangement with a repair shop cost little after the first conversation. A plan built only on adverts stops producing the moment the spend stops.

What we do

What we deliver for e-waste recycling companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A channel plan by buyer type

A sheet pairing each buyer with the channels they use and the first message on each.

Result: Each buyer type has a channel and a message.

  2. A narrow paid search test

A small set of specific phrases tied to the process page, with a spending limit you set.

Result: You can see what each phrase brought in.

  3. A source field on every enquiry

A required field on the enquiry sheet recording how the buyer found you.

Result: Every lot traces back to a source.

  4. Landing pages for each buyer

One page for corporate disposal, one for producers and one for household pickup, each with its own contact route.

Result: A buyer lands on a page for their own question.

  5. A read of channels against lots collected

A comparison of sources and collected lots, so spend moves to the channels that bring bulk.

Result: Decisions on spend rest on lots collected.

How the result is measured

  • Enquiries across channels
  • Cost per enquiry overall
  • Channel mix by contribution

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the digital marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand the objective

We agree the one thing this campaign needs to achieve before choosing any channel.

  2. 2

    Audit available channels

We assess which channels are realistic to run well within the budget and timeline.

  3. 3

    Strategise the central idea

One message and offer is developed that will work across every planned channel.

  4. 4

    Implement across channels

Each channel receives its own adapted version, launched on a shared timeline.

  5. 5

    Measure as one campaign

Results from every channel are combined into a single report against the original objective.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

What budget do we need?
That depends on your region and goals, and we do not quote a figure here. We start with the unpaid work on pages, listings and records, then test paid search at a limit you choose.
Is digital marketing enough for producers?
Producer relationships begin with direct introductions and a clear note on capacity and records. Digital pages support that conversation but do not replace it.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
