Facility management companies · Local SEO

Appear in the city search an admin head runs when a housekeeping vendor lets them down.

Local SEO for a facility management company means making your registered office and your service areas findable when a buyer searches for a vendor in a named city or tech park. GullySales works on your Google Business Profile, your city and site-type pages, and the consistency of your name and address across listings.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What local SEO means

Local SEO is the work of making your business show up for searches that name your town or locality, such as a service plus an area name. GullySales sets up locality pages, local citations and map listings so nearby customers find you before a competitor across town.

For facility management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The search happens after a failure”

An admin head rarely goes looking for a vendor in calm times. The search starts the morning after a missed shift or a failed inspection, and the words typed are the service plus the city or the park. The listing that answers that search gets the first call.

  • “A registered office is not a service area”

A profile that lists only the head office address tells a buyer in another city nothing about where you work. Service areas, branch offices and the parks you already serve need to be stated plainly, so the match with the buyer's location is clear.

  • “Reviews come from clients, not from guests”

A facility contract has a handful of decision makers, so a stream of public reviews will not appear. A few honest reviews from site contacts who agreed to give them carry more weight than a crowd, and asking is a task for the account manager.

  • “Inconsistent details lose the match”

A company registered under one name, trading under another and listed with an old address confuses both searchers and search engines. One agreed name, address and phone presentation across every listing removes the confusion before any other work starts.

What we do

What we deliver for facility management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Google Business Profile for the registered office

A complete profile with services, service areas, hours, photographs of real sites where the client permits, and the right business type.

Result: Searching your company name shows a full, accurate listing.

  2. City and tech park pages

A page for each city or park where you hold a contract or want one, written around the services and site types you run there.

Result: A search for housekeeping in a named park lands on a page about that park.

  3. Listing clean-up

A single record of your name, address and contact details, corrected across directories and trade association profiles.

Result: Every listing shows the same company in the same way.

  4. Review request routine for site contacts

A short note and a link an account manager sends to a site contact once the client has agreed, with a log of who was asked.

Result: You can see who was asked and who replied.

  5. Map and search tracking

A set of city-and-service searches checked against your own listing, kept as a record you can open.

Result: You can see which searches show your listing and which do not.

How the result is measured

  • Map pack ranking
  • Local search visibility
  • Enquiries by locality

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the local SEO work runs

  1. 1

    Audit every listing

We check the Google Business Profile and directory listings for every branch against what should actually be shown.

  2. 2

    Complete and correct

Profiles are filled in fully and inconsistent details are corrected across every directory found.

  3. 3

    Build location pages

Each branch gets a page written for its own area, not a copy of the head office page with the address changed.

  4. 4

    Set up review handling

A simple process for requesting and responding to reviews is put in place with whoever is closest to the customer.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

Map actions and enquiries per branch are reported, and branches falling behind are prioritised the next month.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Does a facility management company need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. Buyers check a company name on the map before they call, and an unclaimed or wrong listing sends them to a competitor. The profile is where your address, services and photographs are confirmed.
Can we show client sites on our listing?
Only where the client has agreed in writing. Many contracts restrict photographs of a premises. Ask first, and use images of your own staff, equipment and training instead where permission is not given.
We serve other cities from one office. Is local SEO still useful?
Yes. Separate pages for each city you serve, plus any branch office you hold, tell a search engine where you work. The registered office address alone does not.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
