Facility management companies · Website

Build the site a procurement team opens to check you are the vendor you claim to be.

A website for a facility management company is the page a buyer visits after a referral, to check services, site types, references and compliance papers. GullySales plans and writes pages around those checks, so a facilities manager or procurement officer finds each answer without calling first.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For facility management companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The visit is a verification”

A buyer arrives with a name and a question: does this company run sites like ours? A site that opens with a generic claim of quality loses them. One that shows service, site type and references lets the buyer tick the box and move on.

  • “One services page hides the match”

Housekeeping for a hospital, security for a mall and MEP for a campus are different jobs with different buyers. A single page listing everything makes each reader hunt. Separate pages by service and site type let the right reader land in the right place.

  • “Compliance answers belong on the site”

Evaluators ask about statutory registrations, insurance, training and safety practice. If the answers live in different people's inboxes, a public page stating what you can supply, and what is shared on request, saves a round of clarification.

  • “Site photographs need permission”

A real photograph of a managed site is the best proof, yet client contracts often restrict it. Agree in writing what may be shown, and use images of your own staff, equipment and training where it is not allowed.

What we do

What we deliver for facility management companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Page map by service and site type

A structure that gives each service and each site type its own page, with a clear route from the home page.

Result: A buyer reaches the page about their exact job in a click or two.

  2. Reference and case study pages

One page per referenceable site stating scope, services and contract duration, written with the client's agreement.

Result: Procurement finds the comparable reference without asking.

  3. Compliance and documents page

A page listing the registrations and papers you hold and how a buyer can request copies.

Result: An evaluator knows what exists before they write to you.

  4. Enquiry form that captures the site

A form asking for the site type, location and service wanted, linked to your enquiry record.

Result: Each enquiry arrives with the detail needed for a first reply.

  5. Mobile and speed check

A review of how the pages load and read on a phone, since admin heads open links on the move.

Result: Every key page reads cleanly on a phone screen.

  6. Careers and client areas kept separate

A clear split between pages for clients and pages for job seekers, so neither audience reads the other's content.

Result: Buyers are not routed into recruitment pages.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

From your first message to the first report.

No open-ended retainer. Every step gives you something in writing.

  1. First

    Your brief

You tell us what you need in a few short steps: your business, what you want, where enquiries come from and how they are handled.

  2. After the brief

A conversation and a written scope

We read it, then talk with whoever handles your enquiries. If you want our help, the scope, the fee and the reporting come in writing, and nothing starts before you have read them.

  3. Before work starts

    Baseline recorded

The numbers this work is meant to move, such as enquiries, quotations, orders, visits or renewals, written down so every later report has an honest comparison.

  4. After the baseline

    The first fix goes live

The fix we agreed to start with is put in place and measured against the baseline, whether that is a reply, a follow-up, a page, a listing or the handover between marketing and sales.

  5. As agreed

    Report against the baseline

What moved, what did not, and what changes next, in plain words. How often you get it is set in writing before work starts.

  6. At renewal

    Renew on the numbers

The term ends and you decide whether to continue from the results. The length is agreed in writing before anything starts.

How the website work runs

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Why us

Why owners pick GullySales over an agency.

  • Marketing and sales, as one job

Most agencies stop at the enquiry. We also fix what happens after it: the reply, the follow-up, the quote and the CRM.

  • The person on the first call does the work

No account managers in between. You are never handed to someone you have not met.

  • A baseline before anything starts

Your numbers are written down on day one, so every later report compares against something honest.

  • The fee in writing, split three ways

Our time, your media spend and production on separate lines. You always see what goes to us.

  • No guarantees we cannot keep

The term is agreed in writing and never a default twelve months. We never promise a ranking or a lead count, because nobody controls those.

  • One office, and we say so

Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. We work across India by call and WhatsApp and travel when a session needs to be in person.

#257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, Outer Ring Road. How we work.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Should the website list our client names?
Only with the client's written agreement. Many contracts restrict naming. Where a name cannot be shown, describe the site type and scope instead, and offer the reference by direct introduction.
Do we need separate pages for each city?
If you hold or want contracts in several cities, yes. A page for each, naming the parks and site types you serve there, helps both buyers and search engines match you to the location.
What should an enquiry form ask?
Ask for the name, the organisation, the site type, the location and the service wanted. Keep it short. Further detail is better gathered in the first conversation than demanded before anyone has spoken.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
