Granite quarry companies · Website

Build a website where a buyer can judge your stone before ringing.

A website for a granite quarry is a set of pages showing each colour, the block sizes you cut and how to enquire. GullySales builds the pages around your own photographs and your measured stock sheet, written so a processor can decide whether to visit.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What website means

A website is the page a customer lands on after searching, clicking an advert or scanning a code, and it decides whether they call or leave. GullySales builds and maintains sites that load quickly, explain the offer plainly and make the enquiry form or phone number easy to find.

For granite quarry companies

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “The site is a stock room, not a brochure”

A buyer arrives wanting to see colour, size and availability. A page full of company history and a stock photograph of a mountain tells that buyer nothing. Show the stone first and the history after.

  • “The enquiry form decides the quote”

A form that asks only name and number produces a call to find out what is wanted. A form asking colour, quantity, block size and destination gives the quote a start. Short is good, but each field should earn its place.

  • “A first-time buyer looks for proof of a real yard”

A new buyer wants to know the quarry exists, where the yard is and who to speak to. A clear location, a contact route and a papers page you are willing to share answer that before the call.

What we do

What we deliver for granite quarry companies.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. Colour pages

A page per granite with daylight photographs, block sizes and an enquiry form.

Result: Each colour is a page a buyer can find and share.

  2. Stock sheet page

A page listing blocks by colour, dimensions and date cut, kept current by the supervisor.

Result: The page answers what is in the yard.

  3. Papers and about page

Company details, yard location and the papers you choose to share with new buyers.

Result: A first-time buyer can check who you are.

  4. Phone-first layout

Pages built to load and read well on a phone, with a one-touch call and WhatsApp button.

Result: A buyer on a phone reaches you in one touch.

  5. Update routine

A simple way for the supervisor to refresh the stock page without a developer.

Result: The stock page stays current.

How the result is measured

  • Page load time
  • Bounce rate
  • Enquiries from the website

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the website work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm structure and content

We agree the site's pages and content needs before design begins, drawing on website strategy where it exists.

  2. 2

    Design the site

Every page is designed against your brand identity and checked for how it should convert a visitor.

  3. 3

    Build and test

The site is developed and tested across devices and browsers before anything goes live.

  4. 4

    Load real content

Actual copy, images and information about your business replace placeholder content before launch.

  5. 5

    Launch and hand over access

The site goes live with domain, hosting and content management access clearly handed to you.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 1, prospecting and lead generation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Do we need a big website?
No. A few good pages beat a large thin one. Colour pages, a stock page, an about page and a contact route cover what a block buyer wants. More pages can follow as you cut more colours.
Who keeps the stock page current?
The yard supervisor, with a simple routine of photographs and sizes entered after each cutting run. We design it so no technical skill is needed, and we check with you that the page stays accurate.
Can we show prices?
That is your decision. Some quarries give a rate on request, because price shifts with block and quantity. If you show a price, mark the date. We build the page either way.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
