Hatcheries · WhatsApp marketing

Use the phone farmers already answer to confirm bookings and send the van details.

WhatsApp marketing for a hatchery is the use of one business number for rate cards, booking confirmations, dispatch notes and dealer broadcasts. GullySales sets up the number, the catalogue and the message templates and checks the platform's current rules.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What WhatsApp marketing means

WhatsApp marketing is sending updates, offers and reminders to customers on the app most Indian buyers already check daily. GullySales sets up business WhatsApp, writes the message templates and keeps the list consented and current.

For hatcheries

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Farmers and dealers already live on WhatsApp”

A rate card, a booking and a photo of the van all travel by chat. A hatchery without a clear business number is left to forwarded messages that nobody checks.

  • “Rates change and old rates circulate”

A forwarded rate card from last month causes disputes at booking. A single current rate message, dated and sent from the business number, ends the argument.

  • “A group is a risk without rules”

A farmer group helps dealers share news, but it also carries complaints and rumours. Decide who may post and what is moved to a phone call.

  • “Consent comes first”

People should agree to be messaged, and should be able to stop. Check the platform's current rules for business messaging before any broadcast.

What we do

What we deliver for hatcheries.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A business number and profile

A WhatsApp Business profile with name, address, hours and a short description of what you supply.

Result: Farmers see a proper business account.

  2. A catalogue of chick types

Each breed or bird type with a plain description and how to book, no outcome claims.

Result: A farmer can see the options inside the chat.

  3. Message templates

Ready lines for booking confirmation, dispatch, next batch reminder and a rate update.

Result: The same clear message goes out each time.

  4. A dealer broadcast list

A list of dealers who agreed to receive rate and availability messages.

Result: Rate updates reach dealers from one source.

  5. Rules for groups and replies

Who answers, who posts and when a chat moves to a call.

Result: Complaints are handled by a person, not by a group.

How the result is measured

  • Messages delivered
  • Reply rate
  • Enquiries from WhatsApp

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the whatsapp marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Understand current WhatsApp use

We review how customers currently message you and how consistently, if at all, it is answered.

  2. 2

    Audit common questions

We identify the questions that come up repeatedly, which decide what should be automated first.

  3. 3

    Set up automation and templates

An automated first response and quick reply templates are built for the most common needs.

  4. 4

    Connect to the CRM

Conversations are linked to customer records so context carries over between team members.

  5. 5

    Measure and optimise

We track response time and conversion, refining automated responses based on what customers actually ask.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Can we message every farmer on our list?
Only those who agreed to hear from you. Ask at booking, record the consent, and check the platform's current rules on business messaging.
Should the rate be in a broadcast?
A dated rate message to dealers who opted in is practical. Say clearly that the rate is valid on the date shown.
Do we need a chatbot?
Not at the start. A staff member answering during hours with ready templates gives a farmer a person to deal with.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
