Master franchise operators · Content marketing

Write the articles an investor reads before deciding to open a unit.

Content marketing for a master franchise operator means publishing the guides, explainers and outlet stories that help an investor understand the licence chain and a customer understand the offer. A new brand has to teach before it can sell. GullySales plans and writes content in the licensor's approved terms.

Scope, fee, reporting and term are agreed in writing after we have read your brief and spoken to you.

What content marketing means

Content marketing is writing articles, guides and pages that answer the questions buyers search before they are ready to enquire. This makes your business visible and trusted before the first call. GullySales plans this content from the first conversation onward, choosing topics that match real search demand rather than guesses.

For master franchise operators

Where it usually goes wrong, and what we would do.

  • “Investors need the structure explained before the pitch”

The idea of a master franchisee selling to sub-franchisees is unfamiliar to a first-time investor. A plain guide that explains who holds which right and who pays whom removes doubts that no brochure can.

  • “Brand stories abroad do not persuade in India”

The founder's origin story and the first store overseas are meaningful to the licensor. An investor in Kochi wants to know about the first Indian outlet, the local supply and the support available in the territory.

  • “Stale content signals a stalled brand”

A news page whose last entry is long past tells a candidate that nothing is moving. Fewer, well-chosen pieces kept current serve better than a burst of posts that stops.

  • “Every claim needs a source the licensor accepts”

Content about the format cannot invent figures or promises. Each statement must come from the brand book, the licence or a fact the operator can show, and the writer needs access to them.

What we do

What we deliver for master franchise operators.

Every deliverable, what it covers for you, and the result it is there to produce. Nothing here is an extra.

  1. A topic plan for investors and customers

A list of articles grouped by question, such as how a master franchise works, what a unit needs and what a customer should expect.

Result: Each article answers one question a reader has already asked.

  2. A guide to the licence chain

A long explainer on master franchise, area and unit rights, written without legal advice and checked by the operator.

Result: A first-time investor can understand the structure before the first call.

  3. Outlet stories from India

Short accounts of opened units, with photographs from the approved library and the owner's written consent.

Result: A candidate reads about an Indian outlet, not a foreign store.

  4. A review step with the licensor

A route for sending drafts for approval, with a record of what was approved and when.

Result: Published pieces match what the licensor has cleared.

How the result is measured

  • Pages published
  • Organic traffic
  • Enquiries from content pages

Recorded as a baseline before work starts, so every later report has an honest comparison.

How it works

How the content marketing work runs

The work itself, in order. How an engagement starts, from your brief to a written scope, is set out on our method page.

  1. 1

    Confirm the plan

Topics and formats for the coming month are confirmed against the content strategy.

  2. 2

    Produce and review

Content is written or filmed, then reviewed by someone who knows your trade before it goes out.

  3. 3

    Publish and distribute

Finished content is published to the site and pushed through the channels your buyers actually use.

  4. 4

    Track enquiries

Enquiries are traced back to content where a direct line exists, and reported honestly where it does not.

  5. 5

    Report and adjust

We report results and adjust the next topics based on what actually worked.

Where this fits

Three pieces of sales work, in this order.

This work sits inside sales process design, at stage 0, foundation. The audit comes before it, and sales management keeps it running.

  1. Step 1

    Sales audit

Find where deals are being lost and what to fix first.

Start here if you cannot say where orders are lost.

  2. Step 2 · you are here

    Sales process design

One written way to sell, from first enquiry to repeat order.

Start here if every salesperson sells differently.

  3. Step 3

    Sales management

A target, a review routine and someone who owns the number.

Start here if the team has targets and no routine.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before they call.

Not here? More answers, or ask on WhatsApp.

Who should approve the articles, you or the licensor?
That follows the licence. Brand books may require the licensor to approve claims about the format, while local facts can be cleared by the operator. Settle the split first so drafts do not stall.
Can we reuse the licensor's articles?
Only with their permission, and local readers still need local content. We write new pages for your territory and link to the licensor's material where it helps.
How much does it cost?
There is no price list, because the work differs by business. The fee is scoped after we have read your brief and spoken to you, and put in writing before anything starts, split into our time, your media spend and production.
How long is the contract?
The term is agreed in writing after we have spoken, along with the fee and the reporting. It is never a default twelve months, and renewal is decided on the numbers against the baseline recorded at the start.
How soon will we see results?
It depends on the trade, the channel and what is already in place. After we have read your brief and spoken to you, we say what we would expect to move first and how it will be measured against the baseline. Nothing here is guaranteed.
Who will actually do the work?
The person you speak to before anything starts. We work from one office in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru, with no account managers in between.
What do you need from us?
Your brief, and a conversation. After that, access to whatever this work touches, such as your website, your accounts or your enquiry record, and time with the people who handle your enquiries.
What if we are not happy with the work?
Tell us and the plan changes. Everything is reported against the baseline, so a number that is not moving is visible to both sides. The term is in your written scope, and the refund and cancellation policy sets out the rest.
